This is a really short announcement, more of an individual rule basis re-assessment. The current Inappropriate Username bans are too draconian, and need to be relaxed a bit for names that are objectively funny. Here is a short hand list of all current bans that are being removed for a variety of reasons. Advisory, some of the words used below may be offensive to the reader. Do not click the spoilers if you find reading racist or sexual terminology offensive. I am using the terms here to explain our stances, not because I want to use them, but because I believe illustrating the point is necessary with examples. From henceforth, if anyone takes offense to these names, they can use /ignore add <username> and they never have to see the name again.
Harmless innuendos, as well as terms that by themselves do not refer to sexual acts, but may be perceived as references. These usernames were unbanned because to me, they were basically the equivalent of drawing a penis on the blackboard in school, and getting suspended for it. Completely oversensitive:

These names were really on the fence. They may be really genuine nice people, or just people with a "hate or trolling agenda". They were unbanned, but staff were told to keep an eye out:
Serial killers are not inappropriate usernames:
Names that could be considered borderline inappropriate, but had a margin for error.
List of names which bans were upheld because the content was too sexual and referring to direct acts:
