FROM THE DESK OF HIS EMINENCE
MARCEAU HUINOUSSE-TROISSANT CORBEAU COEUR DELMOTTE LOUP DE IREVELLE
FOREIGN MINISTER & COUNT OF BASTADON
Beloved subjects of Regalia,
On the matter of the Kingdom of Tryllelande,
The Foreign Ministry will be investigating the existence of the controversial 'Steel Dawn' decree which was allegedly authored by the former Foreign Minister Riftan Vaedra and distributed to the Regency Council of Tryllelande by unknown malefactors.
The Foreign Ministry hopes to either gain possession of or bear witness to the original copy of what was given to the Kingdom of Tryllelande so that the Regalian State can decide whether the allegations against Count Riftan Vaedra's conduct as Minister are valid or not.
But above all, the Foreign Ministry intends to demonstrate that this new iteration of the State Government can rise above any purported duplicity and ineptitude of the former Foreign Ministry and restore positive relations between the Regalian Empire and Kingdom of Tryllelande.
On the matter of Drowda and demonic incursions,
The Foreign Minister and the State Governor will be convening to determine whether the request for military aid from the Sihndar of Drowda warrants Regalian intervention and assistance against these unwelcome and otherworldly intrusions.
On the matter of the Medes Corsair and the Kingdom of Eriu-Innis
The Foreign Minister and the State Governor will again be convening to discuss the current political predicaments surrounding the islands of Eriu-Innis, namely the abduction of the High-King of Eriu-Innis by the Allorn, and the Medes Corsair's involvement in expunging the Allorn from Eriu-Innis but also their strip-mining practices.
However, as Eriu-Innis is an independent nation which has not requested aid from the Regalian State, the Foreign Ministry is not compelled to act with immediate urgency.
On the matters of Nordskag, Hadar and Heartland status,
The Foreign Ministry will be pursuing attaining Heartland status for the Kingdoms of Nordskag and Hadar, and when the State Government is confident that Nordskag and Hadar fulfil essential prerequisites of the coveted Heartland status a recommendation will be presented to the Crown for its consideration.
However, prior to any progress on Hadar obtaining Heartland status, it must first resolve its civil war. The Foreign Ministry intends to honor the requests of both major factions for the Regalian State to remain impartial and to not intervene with their national dispute.
