Archived Fishing Season Event

This is an idea I came up with while looking at the necro'd thread of chris venomz here

The idea is to make a new donation event called fishing season

The features include
- Increased Bite Chance
- Re-Enabled Treasure.yml that is nerfed
- Kraken Enabled (Fishing probably will need to be disabled in regalia)
- 3 hour event
- 10$ donation price

I published my ideas for how to nerf the fishing treasures. Of course maybe we would wait on the treasure.yml until proper testing is done.

That thread doesn't do complete justice to this idea. We are talking about a 3 hour donation event. Not a few days that they un nerf it.

This idea is more likely to help the server through donations than destroy the economy. Especially if you look at the modified treasure attachment
