Found in the Dark Lady Emporium, along with scattered boards around the Slums would be pamphlets tacked up. Their covers would implore the readers to take one and read it.
The pamphlets would contain the following information.
What is Fides Ingnis? Fides Ingnis is a brotherhood, where all are equal. A way of life for it's followers. It is a recognition of beauty given to us by nature, a thankfulness of our gifts.
Fides Ingnis welcomes all with open arms. For our followers we promise opulence and meaning. We give gifts none other can. While faith in a God may ask for devotion in return for meaning, we offer meaning for little in return. More so, while having riches beyond one's dreams may prove to make life dull, so is not the case for Fides Ingnis followers. We can promise fortune and satisfaction. We can promise happiness. All we ask in return is your loyalty, and your dedication.

The Patriarch is the sworn leader of the Brotherhood. It is his responsibility to ensure the survival of Fides Ingnis, the well-being of it's followers, and the spreading of it's traditions.
Elders:
@Legoclub22
The Elders are the council of Fides Ingnis, and work to carry out the Patriarch's will in his absence. They are experienced followers who are well trusted. Elders are the only ones who would be considered to replace the Patriarch in the event of a disaster.
Brethren:
Brethren are the basic followers of Fides Ingnis. They are those who have proven their loyalty to the Brotherhood, and passed Initiation.
Initiate:
Initiates are the new members. Those who are yet to become Brethren, but are still followers. They are either yet to prove their loyalty, or yet to pass the Initiation. Typically, one would not be an Initiate for a very long time.
Embers:
Embers are the minions of Fides Ingnis. They do the bidding of the Elders and the Patriarch, and are below Initiate. Typically, an Ember is not a voluntary follower.

Group regulations:
- The Patriarch of the group is to be obeyed by all followers, as he is seen as a prophetic leader. However, should the Patriarch fail his duty to the Brotherhood, or in the event of his death, a new Patriarch shall be appointed by the Elders.
- Elders should be obeyed by Brethren, or consequences may arise.
- Worshiping of anything outside that provided by the Brotherhood is strictly prohibited, and will be severely punished.
- Flames are seen as living, breathing beings, and are expected to be treated as such. Needless extinguishing of a flame is seen as killing of something innocent.
- Betrayal of the Brotherhood will be punished with death.
