I was wondering if I could get a little input on a problem with my faction. We've been having various problems with using commands & whatnot so we're wondering if anyone else had any similar issues. We've heard reports that this a pretty big issue around the server so we're pretty sure its not an isolated incident. So we thought it would be a rather productive venture to compile a list of factions also having problems as well as create a database of any fixes players might have found. If your experiencing issues please list your faction name along with a of said issues & any potential solutions you might have come across. Hopefully this might make things a bit easier for Cayorion to address the problems Factions currently is experiencing.

Faction Name:
DeathFist

Factions Issues:

• Claiming & Unclaiming not working
• Invites not working
• Can't Set Relationship Status
• Enemies able to teleport in Faction Territory

Solutions:

• None Currently

I've been pleased with the faction for the months I've been in it, these recent issues we've been experiencing on the other hand are not pleasant. If you would like to continue in this thread however I would recommend you follow the rules of the original post & list any problems & solutions. Thank you.

Note: Even when being raided, we could not enemy the faction to counter-raid, making it impossible to fight them back.

• Invites not working
• Can't Set Relationship Status
• Enemies able to teleport in Faction Territory+within 32 blocks of a member

Solutions:

• None Currently

*The owners/leader of each of the factions listed so far in this thread are unable to rectify any of these issues and a mod has been so far unable to manually fix them or recruit our members into them. We have tried changing ownership and allowing owners of unbugged factions to make changes and they get the same result. There seems to be a specific problem with the factions listed that is outside player control. If you have a similar problem, please post,.

Those issues sound very weird almost like your faction dosn't really exists...We can only hope that it is fixable.

We can do the commands, but they do not work. Also, the leaders of these factions can't change permissions.

We checked the perms, they are correct, so please enough with the "lool this is funny" we are not idiots.

Enemies are supposed to be able to teleport away in enemy territory, they changed that months ago.

No they aren't supposed to. I can't do /home or /f home or /spawn in enemy territory and I never have been able to. So why can you do it but I can't?

As a personal thought, could some of the factions listed here lost data on their save file? When Factions V2 was being installed, could some of the faction data been corrupted?

This is a thread for fixing command and faction issues, not bashing eachother. Lets keep it unbiased and mature, alright?

No they aren't supposed to. I can't do /home or /f home or /spawn in enemy territory and I never have been able to. So why can you do it but I can't?

I can /f home in enemy territory, but not if an enemy is within 32 blocks.
I can /home if enemies are close, but not in enemy territory.

I don't know if this is intended, but it's what I observed.

I think most other features are working now, we will do some testing.
