I N T R O D U C T I O N
Fashion is something forever changing as our society grows and shifts. New ideas erupt as the years go on, making the public yearn for more and more as their hunger to be recognized never seems to be sated.

The Fashions of Society is a published article made to compile the new ideas, trends, and in fashion that is dominating the city of Regalia and other regions adjacent to the Holy City. This article does not have to be followed but will perhaps offer ideas to those in need of new clothing with the changing seasons.

Without further ado, let us look into what The Seamstress has created.

SECTION ONE | COLORS & PATTERNS
The Seamstress strongly encourages the following colors to be worn during the summer season:

VIBRANT TONED PALETTES | It goes without saying summer is the time to make a statement. Using bright colors is always a way to accent a more simple design. The Seamstress advises having beautiful sashes to accent the body is a perfect way to spice up an outfit while also not making the attire too stuffy for the warmer weather.

GOLD EMBROIDERY | This goes without saying: gold is a noble's best friend. Accents of gold being sewn into the clothing is a perfect way to brighten or heighten a dress or outfit's design. Even for those who are unable to afford the more expensive route of real gold, common golden thread can also be used by anyone wishing to fancy up on a budget.

FLORAL ACCENTS | While floral patterns were fully embraced this spring, we are now taking a step back to appreciate more intricate natural designs to better outshine boring old patterns. Large beautiful pops of floral along the neckline or accented on a hanging fabric or section is a perfect way to balance a design.

SECTION TWO | STYLES & ACCESSORIES
The Seamstress has compiled a list of attire styles and accessories currently in season:

SHEER AND SLIK | It is summer which means it is a rather warm season here in the capital. With that said, we need to be sure everyone can comfortably wear fashion statements while not becoming fevered. Take loose silk dresses and add lightweight corsets or sheer sleeves to keep the fabric breathable yet still accents the figure.

MAXI DRESSES | For the nobility or people who wish to dress conservatively but still not be bothered by the heat, ankle-length dresses are perfect for you! Adding an opened-toed heel or even a light-colored riding boot can make for a lovely evening dress that can be both casual and dressed up. For those cooler summer nights, consider adding a lightweight shawl or wrist-length gloves to give a delicate but modern look.

SLEEVELESS TANKS WITH CROPPED TOP | This is more targeted at masculine figures or those who wish to accent their figure in a subtle yet alluring way. Having a white or black sleeveless tank fitted to the body paired with a colored cropped top for a layered effect is the best way to showcase muscle definition without outwardly showcasing skin. Adding gold embroidery can also further this more casual outfit and give a more refined and classic look the nobility has cherished.

PUFFED OR FRILLED SLEEVES | Adding a frilled cream top to any attire can make for a more regal and elegant look. A ruffled-sleeved tunic with lace detailing styled with fitted pants and riding boots can create a nice loose but fitted attire that can be considered effortlessly regal. You could also add a corset or fitted vest to better accent and define the individual's waist.

SUNHATS | The Seamstress keeps her stance on hats this season. Hats that help block the sun are a must for those wishing to protect their complexion. The sun is unforgiving and so hats are an exceptional way to fashionable block out the rays. Pair with veils or even decorate the hat with bows, ribbon, gold, or flowers to create something unique for your person.

SECTION THREE | FIGURES OF FASHION
The Seamstress and her tailors have decided the following people have been most notable in their fashion sense this season:

Countess Auriane Belrose | This Countess is always seen sporting light pastel pinks with accents of white. A refreshing twist on the more dramatic designs nobility has adopted over the past few years. The Countess usually accents her more simplistic designs with beautifully practical accessories such as fans for the warm weather. If looking for inspiration this summer, the Countess is a perfect example of the 'sleek chic' fashion trend.

Countess Amelina Peirgarten | Having always been a notable figure in fashion, Countess Peirgarten makes this list finally due to her new fashion choices which have paved the way into 'Hot Noble Summer'. Rich, vibrant colors are her goto that accent her blonde to pink ombré hair and her signature red lipstick giving a statement that does not need words to describe its power.

Tarlok | This past Commissioner has been in the media on multiple occasions but thankfully this time it is for praise. Mister Tarlok has worn multiple outfits which showcase the regal side of the Empire while also remaining connected to his Urlan roots by wearing furs and other natural elements. While his color palette can seem sometimes muted, it compliments Mister Tarlok's upbringing while still being considered high fashion.

Squire Lisbeth Lovette | Miss or Squire Lovette is a new addition to the Knight scene. Being an aspiring member of the Aelrrigan Order she has been noticed by many recently for not only her service to the Empire but their sense of fashion. The Squire can usually be seen in cool-toned clothing which compliments her unique hairstyle of white and brunette streaks, making her stand out. I hope to see Squire Lovette continue to develop their unique style as it makes them memorable along with their skill behind the blade.

DOUBLE FEATURE | DARING DUOS

Lord-Protector Lancel Peirgarten & Kreiger von Karlise | These two Lord-Protectors could be different sides of the same coin. The Lord-Protector Peirgarten usually sports lovely warm palettes of pink and cream while the Lord-Protector von Karlise opposes this with his cool palettes of green and black. The pair could be considered one of the most influential in up-and-coming fashion trends around Regalia.

Count Florian du Poncaire & Countess Fabienne du Poncaire | How could we not include the Count and Countess du Poncaire during the summer months? The pair usually sport vibrant colors of pink and red with dramatic accents of gold that make not steps but full-blown strides in the fashion standard of the nobility. This power duo will not go unnoticed any season but summer is truly when their styles shine. Though both are icons of fashion, the Count has always had an eye for making unimaginable feats with his outstanding fashion choices.
