Archived /f Leader

Hello!!

So i was reading this thread HERE where a faction accidently promoted somebody with /f promote too many times til they were leader. So my suggestion is simply to remove the ability for /f promote to grant leadership, and require the command /f leader [name] or /f rank [name] Leader in order to grant leadership, so the /f promote issue doesnt happen anymore.

i think also @ulumulu1510 and @Madus and @TheComputerGeek2 since i know that the techstaff are currently working on updating factions.

We will probably see something like this in the coming empires update. There have already been several custom rank commands designed and concepted in Marty's first draft he made for faction leaders to look over.
