BACKSTORY

I've been a follower of Int since birth, not that I had much of a choice, since my mother had to gift it a master crafted servant as punishment for failing. Naturally, not wanting to sacrifice a fullborn Kathar, she found a random man in the sewers of Regalia to act as a donor, my mother herself being the other part of the puzzle. She Infused my very being with the void she cherished so much. Int too, played a part in my birth. Affixing a shard of it's being to void my mother connected me to, letting it peer through the void I harbored within me. I was raised by a Herad-Icon of Int. I'd been given to him as soon as I no longer needed a mother to live. He was kind to me, he even treated me as his very own daughter. Int, however, had plans for me. It would constantly force it's way through the void I contain, opening it's many eyes and peering into the world around me constantly. It would whisper secrets to me while I slept, and pester me with it's thoughts every waking hour, driving me mad.

I was fifteen when the Lothar invaded our home. They came in the middle of the night to execute the void worshipers within. Int woke me, and for the first time offered me guidance and aid. It whispered of the Lothar's location, their numbers, and where to strike. I let the void rush from my body, snuffing out every light and bathing the temple in a sea of eyes. I moved through the building, Int's tendrils wrapped around me, strangling knights and searching for survivors. Entering Father's room, pure rage seeped out of my eyes. A Lothar stood in the center, admiring Father's head like a trophy. I dashed forward, attempting to tackle the Lothar, but he easily avoided my reckless attack. Int suggested I run, that the one before me was too powerful for me to best in my current state. Fleeing the temple, I vowed to take revenge for everyone who died that day.

After four years of constant training, I was ready. I'd tracked the Lothar to his residence, memorized his schedule, and prepared to strike at nightfall. Opening the window carefully, I took out my dagger and woke the Lothar by placing it right where their heart was. He awoke, screaming in pain before noticing me, decorated in Int's writhing tendrils, one massive red eye staring into their soul. I only wish he could have suffered longer.
