Core Concept
A very ditzy and clutzy girl, who never has a frown on her face. Who's main goal always is to help those who need it however she can, even if she really can't. She was Mageborn, and yet has no clue on how it all truely works. a true mage but yet still wishes to know more about magic and the world around her.

Appearance Information
Standing at a good 5'4", Evangaline has maroon wasit length hair that seems to fall with a slight wave to it- her bangs always being clipped back with a shiny green pin. Her light hazel eyes seem to be almost always smiling with her freckles adding to her childish and friendly look, a small scar right under the left side of her lip.
