I actually asked Essentia after the fact, they're our close allies now. They said everyone that was living in this land went inactive, and or was kicked from the fac. They also said they're glad we're putting it to good use. :)
 
Wait a sec, it wasn't Essentia's land, gosh I actually forget the faction's name. I'll stalk ally chat until I find the fac name, xD
 
Ok, It's Eternia, not Essentia, xD
