Love you! Life Story 0-10 Esme was born to two Ithanian parents in the capital of Regalia in the Petal Court area. Her mother was a florist and her father a merchant. Her childhood was that of most typical Regalian children – relatively carefree, oblivious to the happenings going on around them. 11-18 As Esme grew older, her talents would begin to develop. She quickly found a love for singing and acting, enjoying the feeling of being in the limelight. Esme joined a volunteer play group in her free time. She would also begin crafting some of the props used in the play, from jewelry to some of the clothing pieces. This talent sparked interest in one of the play assistants, a jeweler by trade. The jeweler, a Teledden Altalar, offered to take Esme under his wing as an apprentice. Her parents agreed, and soon Esme began to refine her craft. All the while, the jeweler taught her the basics of Modern Altalar, some days exclusively speaking it to her during work hours to help her learn. 19 Esme eventually took on a full-time position as a jeweler at her mentor’s business, though was still an apprentice in name. One evening, as Esme was putting away the shop tools and getting ready to close down the store, the waft of smoke began to fill the room. Cracks could be faintly heard outside the door. A wide-eyed Esme would draw the window’s curtain open, revealing a massive monsoon of flames engulfing the whole of Petal Court. Her world became hell in an instant, everything she had known and loved set ablaze. Her mother’s floristry across the street collapsed in upon itself. Instinct took hold as she ran toward her home across the court, coughing and gagging as ash choked her. She fell to her knees as she approached the house, itself entirely consumed by flames. The last sight she remembered was her home creaking and falling, a faint scream becoming muffled and silent in an instant within. She wavered before dropping unconscious in the middle of the street as a pair of voices called out, her salvation being found in the hands of a pair of city guards who pulled her out. Over the next couple of days, Esme slowly recovered in a refugee medical tent set up by the city. She had lost everything. Her family. Her livelihood. Her sense of security. All she had was the clothes on her back. Her mental state deteriorated incredibly fast as she eventually started wandering the city, searching for anything to take her mind off recent events. She eventually met a kind woman, a fellow Ithanian, who offered to get her off the street for a bit. Esme’s mind was anything but stable - a familiar accent alone giving her a sense of trust - and she let judgement and reason slip. Before she knew it, the woman was at her neck, canines piercing her skin as their blood began to mix. Since then... Spoiler: Life in Regalia Esme fell into a dark, dark life as she became a sanguine, not truly having any time to process her violent change in life. Eventually, the sanguine that infected her soon distanced themselves, then attempted to beat and kidnap her. Thankfully, a Kathar Archblood named Razeri (@TheWonderOfYou) came to be her saving grace. She remained uncured as she began to live her life out with Razeri. She took to building a jewelry business with all that she had learned from her mentor. Things started to look up in her life. Eventually, with the decision Razeri (now going by Gehrman) had made on cleansing himself of his Void roots, Esme found herself struggling with her infection. Through much inner turmoil, the decision came to have her cured with Gehrman having to almost quite literally drag her to Greygate. As of 3/25/309AC, Esme is happily living with Gehrman and her doggo, Forte, and learning to bake pies. Esme returned to Ithania to spend time with her family, picking up a new hobby in alchemy during her months away.
Hi @HydraLana, I updated Esme's age to subtract 4 years. This was done just to make backstory things make more sense. I also removed the +2 spending points from her dagger and placed them in reserve for a total of 3 left.
I'll re-approve the application but please make sure in the future, when you change the age, everything related to said age is adjusted to fit what you've altered.

In the future overall, please, double-check your work when you've done minor edits. You keep making minor, easy to fix mistakes, and I'm getting tired of having to point them out.

There is no Proficiency with that title anymore, and as each Pack is worth 3 points, her having the Rich, Ailor and Daen Packs would only require 9 Points. I'd recommend re-reading the update to understand how the new system works. Also, your Life Story ends off in November, when you wrote the app, what has happened since then? It's been 4+months, add a line or two indicating how things have gone for her or her involvement in anything. Tag me once these edits are complete @Trinimere
Hey @HydraLana! Fixed the title of that section to Metallurgy Packs. Added Finecraft Metallurgy which I must have forgotten to include! All packs are now listed under abilities. I'll be cleaning up this character application's formatting soon as well! I spent the remaining birth point in Cooking as well.
