Edicts from The Blackhawks

May 30th, 307 A.C, Part I

↠ The Formation and Rhetoric

The people are plagued with groups that actively seek to rip apart the lower-classes. They align classes, the others are told to be foreign and beastly races when the commoners are beaten, abused, and framed, Ailor or not. We live in a world where social classes do not exist, you are either prosperous and survive, or dehumanized and considered an 'other' with the added struggle. We seek to fight this fight, blade-meet-blade, fist-meet-fist, whatever it may be. Cut us down, we've served our Empire, gave our lives for it and yet the government, other gangs still take our money, our jobs. We plead for the people to have an response, but The Blackhawks will not keep their peace in fear of those who are willed to protect us, instead they will take it into their own hands.

↠ The Occupation of The Gladiatorial Villa

You make these grand structures that never get used, which in this case we speak of the citadel of the gladiatorial orders within Regalia. This is now under the control of The Blackhawks, and will serve us well in protecting the liberties and freedom of Old Town, and more specifically, the working class.

The Young Silverwolf read the notice from his tower within Greygate. He flattened the parchment of paper on his desk, proceeding to release a notice to his men. A broad, cocky grin etching itself upon his features, responding with: "Odd way to speak for the people by taking away the home of gladiatorial combat, a source of free entertainment provided for them not the mention the Ailor slaves who live there."
Keep an eye, Violets. This is starting to sound like Jacobinism.

Jini Baequindlin stared towards the notice with an uncertain expression. Her hands clasped in front of herself, the Altalar woman shifting in place. "They're taking the villas? My... the Gladitors' home?" She rubbed against the golden band around her arm, frowning a bit. Only a few weeks ago she had been someone else entirely- Drishti of the Batius Order. Of the Gladiator Villas.

There was a sinking feeling as if she had had her home stolen, if the place had never really been more than a prison for her in all her years living there.
