Hello! I've decided the Noodle Shop is no longer of use to me, and instead of letting the rent go out, I figured I would auction it off as one piece!

The property includes two houses, merged together and converted into a shop location. It is FULLY FURNISHED by a combination of the wonderful Bunemma and myself. The house is in a prime location, directly between the Hidden Dragon, Nestled Nook Inn, and the Gauntlet!
The house features a fully furnished first floor, designed as a Sihai restaurant, and a second floor converted into homing fit for four people! It also has two separate furnished basements, one functioning as an Opium den!
