"Near the beginning of the wars with the Nordskagger Horde, the House Drache began to look for another form of sustainable income, and eventually turned to brewing. This venture would soon turn very profitable, as the family could send their beverages with their levies during military campaigns, leading to others in the Empire to grow familiar with the Drache name from the beers they enjoyed after a successful conquest.
In 304, Harald Drache, brother of the current patriarch, took it upon himself to take the next step, and purchased a building in the Holy City of Regalia to provide a place of rest and relaxation, while at the same time selling the infamous Drache beers to the common populace.
Thus was the birth of Die Hoehle Des Drachen."
Introduction
Die Höhle Des Drachen, commonized to the Dragon's Den, is an Alt-Regalian pub house located in the Village of Eleng. Taking the same name of the previous Drache tavern in the city, the Den serves as the only place on the Crown Isle to sample and purchase the drinks of the Dragenthal family that runs it. While not as large or as frequently visited as other beer houses, the Drache Pub aims to provide the best brews the Empire has to offer, for those citizens that take the time to enjoy the country atmosphere.
Recruitment
Die Höhle Des Drachen is a fully player-ran bar, where bartenders keep all the profits of any lored items they sell to visitors. The tavern's success and failure revolves around the enthusiasm and activity of the staff that work there.
Given that the pub is located in one of the Regalian villages, it aims to provide an impromptu RP hotspot for those wanting to RP elsewhere on the map. For this reason, activity is not a major requirement, though players should be able to jump in and work when a mini-event is hosted.
Securing a job at the tavern is a relatively simple ordeal. The only notable requirement is that one needs to have some proficiency points in brewing.
To apply at the tavern, one needs to pen an IC letter to Dietrich Drache (use his title), introducing themselves and why they feel they are competent enough to work in their tavern.
