Sky dim and bleeding with a falling sun off the coast of Hadar's shores. From the top of his hold, stretching over the city below his gaze rose up to the horizon. He donned black attire, it was not a time for the usual garish theme the crocodile king lumped on. His plethora of jewelry set aside beyond minimal rings and adornments of gold for simple silver. The typical headdress replaced by a simple circlet-crown, a piece of starris set in the center.
The coast birthed view of approaching seacraft armed to the teeth.
To the world this warning was made, for whom it was meant for were bound to hear it.
"We can no longer question what, or who is to blame. This will be all in vain if action is not taken, a bold act, a response to reaction. The State has acted and the consequences of its actions continue to unveil themselves. As Qar-Digmaan of Hadar I shall make my stance clear. We stand with the Empire, the Emperor, and all to which it stands for. As Qar-Digmaan I serve Hadar, its people, which are citizens of the Empire in turn.
