When in the Course of history, it becomes necessary for a people to dissolve the
political bands which have connected them with one another, and to assume among the powers of the
earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's the Divine entitle
them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes
which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all people are created equal, that they are endowed by
their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit
of Happiness.— That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men and Women, deriving
their just powers from the consent of the governed,— That whenever any Form of Government
becomes neglective of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to
institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in
such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence,
indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and
transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to
suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they
are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same
Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty,
to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.— Such has
been the patient sufferance of these Lands; and such is now the necessity which constrains
them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present Rulers of Regalia is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the
establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these lands. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a
candid world.
The Rulers have used limited effort to fight against the plague that we all know as the Sanguine Curse.
The Rulers for a long time now have allowed barbaric and criminal groups, such as the Devout Few, to run wild and torment the people of Regalia.
And instead of using the forces that we the people fund, they instead send them to slaughter elves and wrongly arrest poor women.
The Rulers have affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil power
Our own money doesn't just go toward poor decision within our defense, but also goes towards the funding of the Rulers greed.
The Rulers use our own money to fund their Celebrations, to fund their palaces and luxury items, such as clothing. This being money that could go towards renovating the slums and halting the spread of afflictions.
They deny, we the People, representation in their political choices. Choices that affect us.
Houses, such as the Terrible House of Fong, a house that literally built itself on the suffering of others, greatly controls the economy. An economy that should be free from Trusts. Specifically Trusts they have great sway among the Government and a Trust that has forced the poor into a corner.
The Rulers have heavily adopted nepotism. A disgusting practice that doesn't only effect the efficiency of a position, but also endangers the people due to incompetence.

The Rulers of Regalia show clear signs of being an absolute dictatorship. They are the bureaucracy, they are the court, they are the law, they are the military.

We must not allow this to continue. If we allow it to continue it can … and will get worse.

We have not done enough to defend ourselves as people of Regalia. We allow a system to stay in place that has a nobility whose character is thus marked by every act which may defines Tyranny, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people. Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our fellow brethren. We have had this grievous for a long time, but have been afraid to speak out. Afraid because we would have to stand trial in front of and be judged by the same people we spoke out against. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of our fellow brethren, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends. I, therefore, call out to all the people of Regalia, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of this land, to solemnly publish and declare, That We the People are, and of Right ought to be Free of this Tyranny; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the Noble Houses, and that all political connection between them and the State of Regalia, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that the People of this Nation may have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we must mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.
We must abolish the Noble Houses. And bring forth a new era of a Republic governed by all people of Regalia rather than the few.
