Situated in Côte Corneuille, the de Letoirneau winery is a major business centred around vineyards, grapes and wines - not only producing them itself, but also importing and purchasing them for distribution across Aloria. Created in 250AC and taken over by the De Letoirneau family in 306AC, the function of the chateau shifted from a small-scale production of wines, to a far larger enterprise and commercial network centred around one of the most popular drinks, and a significant trade good.

The chateau's grape production itself is only focused on making exquisite champagnes, with the finest grapes and ingredients - many of which are sourced locally in the Barony. The winery mainly focuses on sweet and Blanc de blancs varieties, with a more general focus upon white wines.

The various different kinds of wine involved in the De Letoirneau commercial network are sold under the 'De Polastron' brand - a name which originates from some of the expansive vineyards the old family possessed in the Ithanian homeland and northern Hivres, and especially the branch of the family that used to run this business.

The brand primarily deals in wines and their ingredients sourced from the Ithanian mainland, as well as other Ithanian realms such as the Lordships within the archipelago and Fendarfelle.

The chateau is especially renowned for a sprawling network of limestone tunnels and pathways delved underneath, filled with thousands of barrels of produce - the atmosphere within these tunnels is excellent for the storage and ageing of craft wines prior to their trading on the market.

[IC] The Following letter is addressed to Sophia de Letoirneau.
Dear Sophia de Letoirneau,

Greetings, I hope this letter finds you well. I am Valkros Stormcrow, owner of Stormcrow Traders & Importers. We here at the company are big fans of the de Letoirneau winery, and I myself particularly enjoy a glass of your meursault in the later hours of the day. Recently my company has begun looking at high quality winery's that we can help succeed, and I told my employees that we just had to get your business. We offer two primary services that we believe can be of great use to you, organizing the importation of products, their storage in warehouses, and transportation to their retail destination depending on your current contracts, and the selling of high quality luxury goods. In regards to your winery, we can continue importing the fine wines from the de Letoirneau winery at a lower cost to what you ship them for now, and store them in our warehouse in Old Town until one of your buyers requires them brought in. In addition, we also seek out new contracts for your company, selling them in our own retail stores as well as gaining contracts for others, increasing your demand. If you are interested in saving money while maintaining your high quality wines during their treacherous transportation, please send a letter to my office at Imperial Isle.

Looking forwards to future business,

OOC: Hello, thank you for taking the time to read my letter. Besides what I have proposed above, by doing business with my company, we are able to encourage and help RP businesses flourish. All the companies I import from and sell too are character run, with the exception of businesses that are created by players to assist their characters own companies. By exporting your wines through me, and using my warehouses, I pass on IC wealth, allowing players to grow their IC companies using RP rather than assuming NPC's purchased their products. This allows you to accurately track the money you generate through my dealings, which can grow your winery, and help build a case for Main Street shops or staff run building applications. I hope we can work together in growing RP businesses on Massivecraft, and am looking forwards to hearing your reply soon.

Your friend,
TheoRoosevelt.
