The Following was enacted by successful vote of the Noble Assembly: -High Law 5 has been changed to Capital Law 5, which now states the following: To conspire to vandalize, deface, or desecrate a regonized place of worship or shine is iellgal. Members of the peerage are not held liable for any harm done to the trespassers in self defense. The Noble House Viduggla is no longer barred from the purchasing or commissioning of ships, and can now have a Navy The Following was enacted by mandate of His Imperial Highness, Prince Reynaud Kade: -At each Noble Assembly, all families must bring a proposal to improve the Empire in their views, else the door of the Assembly should remain closed for that family. Those who fail to bring further proposals will have a fine by the Crown issued on their finances. -All crimes against the state and Regalian Citizens by Duke Hengest Harhold are forgiven. -The Northern Development Fund has been dissolved. -There is now a Monolopy for Champagne only produced by name in Vixhall. Any other productions are called Bottled Bubbled White Wine. -The Chancellor’s Veto has been re-instated, and is expanded to include a secret ballot vote. The following was enacted by mandate of the Lord Chancellor: -Repairs for the Crookback Checkpoint will begin, with funding by the State, Noble House Viduggla, and the grace of His Imperial Highness Prince Reynaud Kade. -The Academia Ministry is hereby dissolved, with most of its relevant rights and duties being transferred to the newly created Privy Officer. This Office, in contrast to the Academic Ministry, serves to direct the Government and Ministries via self-directed research and awareness of the Empire’s current needs and troubles. The Office will have a singular most important task appointed to it by the Government or Chancellor, and will generally focus solely upon that task. When there is no appointed task, it is the duty of the Privy Officer to find routes of improvement and efficiency in other Ministries, the Government, or overall Empire infrastructure to the benefit of the Empire. Duchess Haeddi van Hal is automatically appointed to the position of Privy Officer. The First appointed task for the Privy Officer is the Shattel Blight. On the matter of the Next Assembly: The Lord Chancellor calls the next assembly, on Tuesday the 20th , at 7pm CST / 8pm EST. THE RULINGS OF THIS DECREE TAKE THE FULL EFFECT OF STATE LAW.
