Throughout the city of Regalia, notices would be penned up, written in an elegant yet heavy script. It was easily a declaration, simple and without fanfare, save for a very simple drawing of what seemed to be a crown divided in two, cleanly cut down the center.

For long we have labored and fought under the shadow of fear. We as many peoples divided and united in duty and hope, in identity and purposes. We have borne the weight of the Sanguine curse that tears about our families, our friends, our very homeland. I speak to you all, for a moment, not as the Cahal perhaps many of you have fought with or against, but as a Regalian who is proud of his home and believes in a better empire. I speak in a voice touched with sorrow, but now raised with hope and triumph anew.

The day is breaking, though, and the night dwindles to its end. Xilthruum’s crown, once so much a symbol of fear and oppression, now lays shattered, destroyed by the same stroke that reminded him and his craven followers that he is mortal. That he bleeds, and that his dreams of empire falter and fall. The Lich Lord tonight sought to make us think we are weak and hopeless, but instead a small few stood and reminded him that we, Regalia, do not bow to tyrants! The battle for tomorrow is still long and bloody, and we still have much to lose along the way. But we must remind ourselves again that we have hope. That we do not face an invincible enemy.

Now more than ever we must rally. We must find strength in who we are and hold steadfast to the path. The flames of hope burn brighter than ever before, and though the night is so terribly dark, morning is not a memory beyond reach. Xilthruum bleeds. The Sanguine war machine bleeds. Their regency topples, and from their tyranny we will build a symbol of hope, defiance, rebellion, and freedom! We are eternal in our glory, and justice shall ring through the streets of Regalia once again!

A short, stout figure emerged from a nearby alley and took note of the flyer. Walking over to it he stopped eating his snack and wiped his fingers on his pants.

Grabbing the piece of paper with a now clean hand, he read it over once, before reading it again.

    "
These Regalians sure spread propaganda quick." he muttered in dwarven. "This only just happened." Tugging his beard and mulling it over, he looked to the snack he held in his other hand, and dropped it to the floor with a dull thud.

Propping it up against the wall, he placed the poster on it. "
Here, hold this for me." he once again said in the dwarven language, before grabbing a dagger and stabbing it through the paper and into the man's throat.

Smirking at the man who struggled to draw his last breath, he patted the man lightly on his cheek. "
Don't look so glum, haven't you heard?" he said in common, a sadistic smile on his face. "The vampires are falling."

Laughter could be heard in the alley as the dwarf walked away, looking for his next snack.

    Azrael
Azrael glanced at one of the Flyers, as he was walking throughout the streets of regalia. He stared at it for a moment, before a glimmer of hope shined within them. The Crown of the Lich who had caused the terror that was occuring in Regalia had been deprived of their crown. Those they aligned with had won, despite the odds. And they got their first taste of combat, Albeit unprepared and.. somewhat traumatizing combat.

Morning was coming indeed. And its best that they prepare to help the sun rise again.

    Cathar

Cathar walked through the alleyways of regalia, as they glanced upon the flyer posted upon one of its walls. They stared at it, Approaching it as they gripped the flyer, reading the text carefully.

"Xilthruum got their crown stolen? Interresting. Perhaps its time i met with the person who took it."

They vaguely muttered to themselves, their intent with the one who took the crown unknown. As well as their allegiance. For they didnt even know themselves, But all they saw was cruelties from both sides. Was a sun really rising, or was it just an eclipse on the verge of happening just when everyone's hopes got up?

Cathar let go of the flyer, walking out from the alleyway, and into the sunlight of the Regalian Morning. They raised their arm up, shielding their eyes.

"Pah, Why cant it be cloudy and Rainy, Least that im used to."
