We'll since the neather had been gone for a very long time Ghast Tears and blaze rods are pretty much all gone but since we can craft blaze rods blaze rods are still sold around the market at an understandable price but why not make a recipe for Ghast tears?
It can be 2 iron blocks,3 bucket of water and a diamond to craft 3 Ghast Tears.

Ghast tears are defiantly needed for pvp. I think this would be a good temporary solution until the new nether is up.

Perhaps the crafting recipe could be a little more expensive on items, but other than that I think the idea is good.
 
Nunu, the price on my crapload of ghast tears would drop! Thats bad!
