Metallurgy, Alchemy, & Finecraft

Wind blows along the cracked wood deck of the sunken Crookback bay. The rats scurry along well, worn ropes as various robed figures and marauders roam the various shops and businesses dotting the hub of the underworld. At the end of the bay sits a humble shack of a setup, black smoke and steam protrude out from whatever openings can be afforded as the buzzing and whirring of various crude clockwork contraptions echo out from the open structure. A well made sign hangs off from on metal brackets, 'Tinker's Metallurgy, Alchemy, & Finecraft.' Inside the space a series of workers seemingly cycle out day after day, outputting any sort of equipment or material beneath the Tinker name.

Tinker's is a general service outpost located in the Crookback Bay. The main idea is to provide a space for blacksmith's, clockwork engineers, alchemists, and any other sort of craft persons to produce and sell their goods to the inhabitants of the sewers. Play a Kathar engineer? Sure. Look like a freak and can't get work on the surface? Congratulations on your new workshop. In general I want to have a spot that people can use whenever they want to log on and sell their IC crafted items and take commissions.
Do I apply to use the space?
No. In fact, I don't expect to hear from anyone and maybe only know you're using it via the Roleplay Classifieds on the Roleplay Discord. This is for y'all to use however you want to get your craftsman roleplay on your slum or crime characters. Enjoy your time and space.
Are there any rules for using Tinker's?
Don't be an asshat. I'm not going to be doing any policing or vetting or anything of the sort. Just have a good OOC attitude and enjoy your shop roleplay. If someone is using the space, maybe compromise to share the shop or come back later on. It ain't a big deal, just be nice y'all.
