Numerous flyers were attached to the walls and notice boards around the slums, scattering throughout in nearly every district. None were found in the city, however. These letters were of yellow tint and, to those attentive, bore a very small crow emblem on the top left corner.

"Greetings, reader. We are the servants of the justice that was never given. If you are a struggler, you should know very well one must pursue justice on their own terms in a city full of such facade. We will help you seek it.

Did someone do you wrong, did they humiliate you or threaten to kill you? Letter us and we will solve your problem. Are you very poor, and in need of quick coin? Letter us and we will solve your problem. Are you being underestimated and need to strike your name into peoples hearts? Letter us and we will solve your problem. Do you need someone to disappear for your political agenda? Letter us and we will solve your problem. Do you require private information on someone you cannot approach? Letter us and we will solve your problem.

Naturally, however, everything comes at a price, and we calculate your cost depending on the difficulty of the demand. Letter us and find out your price. And remember, struggler; the price is not always coin. Sometimes, even coin can be valueless.

- Concerned thief"

An address was provided at the lowest corner of the letter for inquiries to be delivered. If anyone were to track the address down, they would find an abandoned house in a grumpy old slum street that looked like it hadn't been visited in a year. They would feel the presence of a murder of crows preying upon them.

(PM me the inquiries privately.)
