A man fell ill, leaving his wife to care for him. The wife, loving her husband, began working on the loom to make tapestries to sell in order to pay for the medicine needed to cure him. However, she warned her husband never to open the door of the room that she was working in. The tapestries were so beautiful and soft that many grew envious of their beauty. While at the market, the wife continued to try and sell her tapestries which caught the attention of a local merchant. The merchant bought many of the tapestries and told the wife that if she didn’t make another seven of them within seven days, he would send his men to kill her. If she was successful, however, the merchant would pay for the medicine needed to save her husband. Mistress of Celebrations invites the esteemed peerage and respected knights to come and watch a play written by herself with the help of Duke Telarel. This will be a two-day event that involves a social night before the play so you can meet the actors and enjoy some themed drinks and treats.
