With paper that may still be warm were it not for the chill of the wintry months, freshly printed notices hang on all manner of noticeboards amongst the surface and the sewers below. They would read:

There is no greater pity one can feel than to watch someone once loved pick at a scar. To tear open wounds long healed over. I was not putting on airs when I said we were through with this. And those of us who have stayed true to that word regret what occurred tonight.

The Hexenblood Circle took no part in the burning of Petalcourt. Any former members who did acted of their own volition and poor judgement, and are summarily banished from our ranks and from our presence. The Matriarch of Kaahl Khor'enn did not command any family members to take part, did not take part herself, and will be similarly excising any of those whose bloodlust clearly outweighs their capacity for rational thought.

I wish I had done a great many things different, so that we would not be here. There is nothing I can say to mend what has happened. There are only things I can do to stop it from happening again.

There is also a unique notice posted at the Undercroft specifically.
((Please only read if your character would actually go there to see it))

There's a new notice on the board. There's no signed name, but the usual undercroft stationary and nose-bleed blood dripped near the bottom could lead anyone to reasonably assume who it's from if they know them.
"I said we were done with it. I thought we had moved past it. If I find out you were there, and I see you here, you will have one chance to leave. Do not come back. My tolerance can only be stretched so thin. I am no longer playing games. Especially not if you spit on this place's purpose again."

A wandering bard would flit between both these places before returning home, "Seems the players forget all performances are at the mercy of their companies. Betray your master and find even the nicest performance only brings you poverty."
