PROCLAIMING
IN PEACE AND COMMUNION
SANCTIONED BY THE HOLY CONCLAVE
TO ALL WHO READ THIS ADDRESS
GRACE, MERCY AND PEACE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Oh Lord, Spirit on high, we are but humble servants of Union before you, made worthy of the steps to Your Divine Throne of light only by our acceptance of the holy scripture, Your Creeds. We are to be molded by Your word and to take into mind interpretations made by the holy few who don the cloth. We serve as the pillars of the Great Way, furthering the Great Path till our dying breath as to be offered salvation in the Everwatch and the destined future ahead. We take this solemn vow upon our birth, when our flesh and blood is new and we have been readied by the womb to depart on a great journey towards eternal light. We shall serve You, Spirit Eternal, and His Imperial Holiness. Oratario Paean.
Imperial Benediction, brothers and sisters. May the words scribed upon this blessed parchment be offered to you, the servants of the one true Lord and the one true faith, as to enlighten you on matters of the Church. May the light of the Spirit sanctify your souls and protrude the darkness of sin which plagues each and every one of us. The utmost of blessings upon you, faithful flock.
Signed with the Love of a Father,
Aelfric Harhold,
Holy Father of the Blessed Unionist Divine,
High Reverend-Emeritus of the Holy Synod,
Official Member of the Holy Conclave
Aelfric Harhold,

In recent weeks, an organization has formed which threatens the security of our Archipelago and insults the Mother Church from whence it gains it's supposed credibility as a group of Unionist purists. The doctrine of this order is both an offense to commonly accepted Unionist beliefs as well as the purists of our good Holy Empire, dirtying the name of those who preach the cause of faithful clarity with their barbaric actions of unneeded aggression in place of conversion and subjugation. The Wardens of Purity, which was formed in the late days of July has caused chaos throughout the lands of House von Drachenburg and continues to spread like a plague throughout other lands who attempt to speedily combat this growing vigilante order which intends to march on all regions of the Isle in order to purge the unwanted and the misunderstood. This order exists purely as a wound upon our blessed land, growing and growing in size and with such, the Conclave finds it to be our duty as the guiders, the movers and shakers, to help in mending this wound.
The actions of this order serve as an illness and just like an illness, it spreads. It should also be said that each and every illness has a cause, the cause of this particular sickness being fear and the unknown. While it should be said by myself that it is my belief that the Ailor are superior to the non-Ailor. The mundane are superior to the aberrants. That the non-Ailor should serve our blessed Empire, the good Unionist faithful. That in accordance with the Emperor's Imperial Decree On the Magi, the aberrant populations should be subjugated, this does not offer us the right to burn, kill, beat and cause suffering upon those which we find ourselves superior to. In fact, it is quite the opposite.
We as Unionists bear a great burden upon our shoulders, a burden born of the virtues of the Spirit. As His faithful, it is our duty bestowed unto us from His grace to guide, convert and better these populations which some may find to be the cause of their issues. This virtue of the Spirit is mercy and as the devout, we must find ourselves to be the extension of His will and therefore the extension of His blessed virtue. It is the Spirit who, while offering the sinners His scorn, too gives them another chance in a second life to repent for their offenses against His most Holy Creeds. As the worshippers of the Spirit, it is therefore our duty to offer these sinners both challenges and assistance in their lives of penance, however it is certainly not our Spirit-given task to kill and butcher them, both the non-Humans and the aberrants. I assure you, the intention of the Spirit is not what the Wardens of Purity call for and I too assure you this. The actions of the Wardens will damage our faith forever more if we do not put an end to it.
With their complete disregard for the Church and Her teachings and the continuous chaos they inflict upon our Empire's lands, the Conclave has decided various punishments which we shall inflict upon the Wardens to impede their efforts and hopefully change their minds in order to prevent the furthering of this massacre. I too remind the Wardens and all readers. You cannot be a Unionist without the Church and the Warden's complete disregard for the Unionist Divine is an insult which I cannot ignore.

|Sɛction III|The Conclave, voted upon in majority and with minds of clarity, witnessed by members of the public of the Metropolitanate of Regalia hereby decree these following judgements from Chapel of the Guiding Star, the seat of the legislative body of the Unionist Divine.
We, the Blessed Conclave of Reverends hereby declare the Wardens of Purity, both their leadership and membership, EXCOMMUNICATED and therefore severed from the bosom of the Mother Church. We remind the Wardens of Purity that excommunication is not a permanent sentence and only made eternal in life by one's own complacency. We therefore welcome the leadership and membership of the Wardens of Purity to renounce their doctrine and reconcile under their local parishes, to be delivered penance by the local Fathers of the realm. The Conclave also clarifies that this offer is to last as long as the Wardens of Purity exist or as long as the Conclave deems, so while this is not a one-time offer to these Wardens, there remains a state of urgency. If they decide to reject our offer of mercy which we preach in this Holy Bull, the punishment will not be rescinded by this council and the further punishments of which excommunication entails will remain. These are as follows:
- Good Unionists of the Unionist Divine, both clergy and laity, are not permitted to offer any assistance to any member, both leadership and membership of the Wardens of Purity, lest they betray their loyalty to the Mother Church which has cared for them for decades.
- The clergy of the parishes of the Mother Church may not offer any Sacraments of any sort to the Wardens nor may they welcome them into their Churches, lest they betray the Mother Church which bestows unto them their rights under the Spirit. The only exception to this rule is if a Warden of Purity comes to reconcile with the Unionist Divine, in which the Sacrament of Confession may be offered as to cleanse them of their grievous sins.
- The Wardens of Purity, both leadership and membership shall be stripped of any Sacraments they may have received in years past, which shall only be reinstated if they are to reenter the Unionist Divine as faithful and reconcile with the clergy. Otherwise, these Sacraments will be held as null as they are derived from the Church and the Church alone.

|Sɛction IV|With the creation of the Burning Moths born out of the intentions of Countess Peirgarten, the Conclave speaks it's concern on the comparison of doctrine these Burning Moths have with the Wardens of Purity themselves. We, the Blessed Conclave, therefore requests Her Ladyship to seek out His Worship Aelfric Harhold to be offered personal guidance on the matter and to perhaps rectify it in order to better suit the needs of the Archipelago.

May the Spirit above,
Upon the radiant Imperial Throne,
Protect us against all evil,
Until the day where we his faithful,
Bring forth Paradise to Aloria,
When his light shall shine upon all,
Oratario Paean.

TLDR
- Aelfric denounces the teachings and actions of the Wardens of Purity in Section II. A preface to the Bull with his own personal opinions.
- The Conclave EXCOMMUNICATES the leadership and membership of the Wardens of Purity however too offers them a chance to reconcile with the Church in Section III.
- The Conclave declares the doctrine of the Wardens, ANATHEMA, and therefore denounces it and calls it wrongful in Section III.
- The Conclave requests that Countess Amelina Peirgarten seeks out Reverend Aelfric Harhold to discuss the Burning Moths in Section IV.
