The following parchment was easily accessible around the city, dropped on main street corners, tucked between boards on barricaded windows, all within easy access for pedestrians walking by.

Vharse staggered out of his home, breathing out a sigh; his headache was awful.

Powering through his hangover, he glanced about and - on the way to buy some bread - slowly noticed the emptiness of the street, and the poster.

A confused Vharse quietly spoke. "...What've I slept through now?"
