For many countless years, the ancestors of the Clan slaved away beneath the Allorn Empire until the time of the Wildering. The great Ankhhor aided in leading their people back to their home isles, where they settled as the water flowed once more. For many years after the “Great Journey”, the Clan remained locked in border skirmishes beneath the Patriarch’s command. As stability grew, the need for trade did too. As the warrior ways of Ankhhor faded, yet not dispersing, it became the age of Matriarch Theoris. Coming into possession of a bountiful gold mine, the mercantile ways of Clan Nebukai began to grow and develop over the ages. With time, the trade of gold grew to be a minor aspect of the Clan’s trade, as a quick line of weavers and seamstresses came to shift the focus to high-end linens and elastan. In a bid to grow the range of their trade, a splinter broke from Clan Nebukai, migrating to the ally state of Regalia. Taking the secrets of their trade with them, the Clan continued to trade in the same luxury goods they had back home, albeit with a grander range than ever. Time progressed, and the distance between the clan of home and the clan of Regalia grew until they formed two distinct entities. In modern times, the Clan prospers in its trade and industry under Patriarch Ammon, and his bondship Amaunet, as they operate out from the Holy City itself. In particular, it acts as a means for Matriarch Amaunet to showcase and peddle her clothes of renown. With a taste for the extravagant, the Senef is known to perhaps take things in the realm of leisure a touch too far. Yet, when the acquisition of coin is involved, they are a savant in their field. Amaunet II, daughter of Isetaari (@BiBiBirdie) Marrying into the clan, Amaunet descends from a long line of creatives. A marvel with the needle, she is no exception to the reputation of her lineage. Combined with the source material Ammon’s family has created and exported for generations, she is a menace in the fashion realm. Sokari, son of Ammon (@GamingLeopurred) The eldest son of Ammon and Amaunet, Sokari is yet to fully forge out a purpose in this world to call their own. Trained and groomed from a young age to one day ascend to the title of Patriarch, they have grown to be a bit of a soup of their parents, yet in doing so they have become diverse in their skills, but a master in none. Although, they have taken a particular fondness to the thread arts their mother displays. Recruitment We are always up for helping others get involved with this roleplay, may that be as a family member or a member of household staff. Skins may be provided if necessary, as well as whatever help is needed. Although, we may be more picky as to who we allow into the family versus staff. You can read more of this in the Rules & Conduct area below. Family Recruitment If you are looking to join the family, please feel free to reach out to BiBiBirdie or myself! We are in particular looking for military and technology inclined family members, so as to diversify our range. However, if you have a character idea that doesn’t fall into these categories we are more than up for hearing! We do not have pre-written characters, and instead would much prefer if those interested in joining would come up with their own. This character is theirs, and we welcome the players to assume complete control over them. Staff Recruitment If you want to get involved in the family, but would rather remain a bit more separate, then looking at joining the Clan staff is for you! We currently do not have any exact positions for Clan staff, but if you have any sort of idea or concept you want to commit to, you are more than welcome to pitch it and we can discuss! ◅ ━━━━━━ ⫷⋖⋗⫸ ━━━━━━ ▻ ███████████████████████████████████████████████████████████ ███████████████████████████████████████████████████████████ ◅ ━━━━━━ ⫷⋖⋗⫸ ━━━━━━ ▻ We expect a good level of conduct from family and staff members of Clan Nebukai. What this mostly boils down to is: Don’t be a moron. What we mean by this is, don’t engage in anything that would break the roleplay rules of the server. However, we know that sometimes we have lapses in judgment and can make mistakes. One instance of bad conduct is not enough to justify removal, nor does it invalidate a want to join the family. However, repeated instances will require greater scrutiny. In the event this does happen, we will reach out to discuss next steps. Although, your character will never and can never be taken from you. They are yours, and you have sole ownership over them.
