Something simple but helpful; if you had a birthday for your character on the character sheet, next to age, as a requirement. When you think about it, it's kind of a needed thing, as everyone has a birthday (though the concept is not widely expressed in RP currently) and so should probably be stated anyway, and it can also help telling age more specifically. Just a small thing that might make some peoples' RP more interesting.
