Preserved Sheet Character App Template Updated For Proficiencies!

The Character Applications Template has been updated. In line with the release of the Proficiency System, all Applications have been declared Rejected. PR will release a "How to find your own Applications" guide on the Character Application section soon, which you may use to find all your Application threads. Here is a short what to do when the system goes live:

If you have an Application that you want re-reviewed

• Edit the application to fit the new Template.
• Bump the thread like described in the PR Tutorial.
• Also tag the thread like described in the PR tutorial.

If you had a (re)Review on-going but the system caused it to be rejected

• Decide if you want to continue the character. If you do:
• Edit the application to fit the new Template.
• Bump the thread like described in the PR Tutorial, BUT
  • Specifically @tag the reviewer who was doing the review with you before the system changed.
• Also tag the thread like described in the PR tutorial.

If you don't want an application re-reviewed

• Do not bump or re-tag the thread. Do NOT ask for a thread deletion either. This is automatic.
• In a month time, all Character Apps that are still rejected will be moved to cold storage.
• They will never be deleted, but simply moved away from the Character Application section.

If you want to have a Character re-reviewed but you want to use a new thread

• Don't post on the old thread, don't bump it, or tag it for re-review.
• Simply upload a new Character Application Thread by the new Template.
• The old one will be automatically moved into cold storage after a month.

If you want to create an entirely new Character

• Review process like normal. Make sure your App is updated to the latest Template.
