Caoineag appears as a wraith-like, feminine figure, draped in torn, dark garments somewhat resembling funeral garb. Its haunting, melodic voice often heard long before the Demon itself appears. Caoineag has dark, long, matted hair framing its face, and deathly pale skin. Often aflame with Ordial fire, Caoineag fights as a beacon to all other Shades, and draws upon the weaker of them, as well as the fears of Caoineag's victims, for its own prowess.
