This is a calling card to you and those who you associate with. Give up the life you have chose and start using your powers to help others in need instead of using them to create more destruction. I honorably ask you to fight me in the weeks to come if you do not wish to stray away from this path. As Cecil makes his way through the Wraith, the notice pinned to the crumbling wooden board catches his eye, and he stops, drawing near. After reading it through, he pauses, grin widening, eyebrows shooting up. "This guy thinks he can take on Cal? Pfah! Talk about 'sin.' In the Undercity, you won't find much else." Whistling, he summons a few drops of blood from a crystalline bracelet on his wrist-- starry, voidal blood, scored by red nebulae and black night-- and splashes it against the page, forming a very specific insignia. Below it, he scrawls a message in red ink. "We dare you." Satisfied, he walks away, still whistling.
