Her cheeks are lined with freckles, that proceed down towards her neck area. Her eyes are wide, almost innocent looking in their natural state. Her nose is a cute round shape, while her ears are the normal half-elf shape; being Ailor sized, though tapered off to a sharp point at the helix. She has two claw mark shape scars heading up her right cheek, coming down to the sides of her neck. They are very light scars but definitely visible. Her ears are adorned with silver piercings, normally of different shapes and sizes depending on the occasion. Normally she will wear piercings that are stuck in her ears, such as studs or clips, to avoid combat difficulties. They usually cover both the tops and the bottoms of her ears. Her right ear has a slight nick at the bottom, from the same claw mark that caused the ones on her face. Her hair is a lively dark brown color, normally out and flowing freely; she doesn’t usually restrict her hair, rather, letting her wavy locks go free. A lot of the time her hair will be adorned with feathers, sometimes beads. Body Structure - Cael is five feet nine inches tall, and her body is a lanky shape, due to being a mage and not exactly a physical fighter. She has very little fat and muscles, thanks to her Altalar lineage. Her shoulders are covered in freckles, along with a line to her belly button. Freckles coat her forearms and parts of her shins. Her spine is traced with a row of small tattoos down to her tailbone. Appearance and Accessories - The half-elf normally wears a white undershirt, topped with a vest. She keeps things tucked into it more than often. Wearing black pants with no pockets she keeps everything in her belt, which has a small pouch on it. Also having brown boots under these pants. She has two other common clothing, one being a combat-like blue dress that doesn’t restrict her too much, and a very nice pink dress likely used only when she takes the time to dance. Her jewelry consists of silver earrings, rings, headpieces, hairpieces, and necklaces all depending on the occasion. Feathers and beads adorn her hair depending on the situation as well. She normally carries a small pouch on her belt filled with bandage rags, a canteen of water and sometimes a small flask as well. Besides this she normally carries three lithe throwing knives, two tucked into her belt and one slipped into her boot. Voice - Cael has a free-flowing voice, mostly a mischievous and daring tone. She can speak common with fluency and has no notable accent. Her voice tends to sound a lot higher when speaking in Elven over when she speaks common. Modern Elvish |10/10 Dressonlini | 5/10 Daendrocean | 6/10 Observer Perception | Mischievous Mystery: People see Cael as the type of person who cares more about moving forward herself than anyone else around her. Defined as free-spirited and mysterious, she is seen as the type of person who would be talked about for her mischievous acts. Anyone who has met her will likely see how likely calm and sensible she can be, hiding anything she could be thinking about for her own gain. This gives her the atmosphere of a manipulator, given her contradiction of actions to appearance, though her charms and looks are enough to cover any resemblance. Coupled with her magical influence, it leads to the woman being seen as something of an arcane mystery. Self Evaluation | Social Sensibility: Cael knows that she needs people to trust on the inside. She makes decisions whether to let them gain her trust or if she will only show them half of the truth. Tending to be misguided about trusting the people around her, she takes time to think of what her steps are before taking them. Not at all stubborn and rather sensible in her actions, patience gained from being a librarian and a scholar. Her insecurities come from the lack of a father, and anxiety in who he is. Those feelings also as well pass of to her Arken woman who gave birth to her. To some extent, she desires to be able to trust people more, which can lead to her saying too much or not speaking enough in serious conversation. Relationship Handling | Arms Length, Arms Reach: Cael has never had a particularly close relationship with her family. Her adoptive mother was more practical than loving, acting as more of a mentor for her. The only person she has ever felt close to is her twin brother, who she trusts and confides in. Towards friends, the few she would keep, she is caring to a reasonable extent. Always willing to offer some of what she believes to be sensible advice. When it comes to her friends and family she is much less hidden about her true intentions than to strangers. Moral Allegiance | Chaotic Wonder: Cael is a chaotic neutral, free but bound in a way. She feels no obligation to harm anyone as long as they don’t get in the way of what her goals are. She believes the people around her can be valued, but not by her. She has her own destiny and goals which she would strive to reach. She avoids authority and restrictions, caring little for those who aren’t close to her. Her Silven heritage has her longing for closeness to magic and its intricacies, hence her thirst for knowledge, though she also believes in a somewhat ethical pursuit. Intrinsic Ideology | Arcane Affluence: The half-elf is very open about her beliefs, never having been pushed to actually believe in anything by her adoptive mother. She was brought up around the Faith of Estel, and as such, she feels some closeness and resemblance to it- though has never believed in its divinity due to her study in magical theory, thus resulting in a close-minded agnosticism. Having never really been introduced to nobles until she reached Regalia, she has no current view on them. Though she is wary that they can be as cruel as the ones in her village. She believes she was brought into the world to reach what she desires and won’t let much stop her from her goals. Considering she falls between the gaps of culture, being a Half-Nelfin, she has experienced racism on herself from both sides. Insomnia - Cael has had trouble falling asleep from a young age. Sometimes spending her nights studying more than sleeping, unable to fall asleep behind closed eyes. This causes general drowsiness during the day when this does happen, sometimes leaving her weak. Headaches are also a common appearance. Paranoia - Being under trusting of people and in general hidden about her emotions, Cael is always looking back. Afraid of being attacked out of nowhere. Birth {0} - Cael was born on September 1, 284 AC, in Daendroc to her Arken mother. Born along with her brother, a silven and a Half-Elf, unknowing of who her father was. Her Arken mother named her “Cael'ellia Lloder'ajcanae Ell'caes Lae'vaessua Siigue'callinae Laonnacion'pessa Aquealles” or “Cael'ellia Lae'vaessua”. Her brother was named “Saen’eallver Lejj´iion conn´unn sol´ashliento siin’emajjo conn´graciiea Alle´eabii Gael´near.” or “Saen´eallver”. All she knew about her father was that he was Dressonlini, and hailed from Montania. All she knew of her mother was that she was an Arken, she was then handed an Altalar of her tribe, close friends of her parents. Her name was Llae’iiss, and she would be the one to raise both Cael and her brother. Childhood {1-14} - Cael was raised in the with her adoptive mother, who from a young age started pushing the Half-Elf to read. She taught her young daughter and son other things, waiting for the chance to teach them magic. Cael would have learned baking, weaving, beading, and writing during this time. Also started to take up trading with the other inhibitors of Daendroc, learning a good bit of their language over the years to keep up. Taking up dancing around this time from a woman named Ciie’vae. The woman was not only a mentor but a good friend to both her and her adoptive mother. When became closer to the age of fourteen the silven was taught basic combat from her adoptive mother. She had no relationship with the village always been forced to stay close to her adoptive mother or her dance teacher. Teen Years {14-18} - At the beginning of fourteen, she began to be taught magic by her adoptive mother. After six months mastering the spell Nymphe. Around this time she’d weasel herself away from her mother to explore the area surrounding the village with her brother. Being sheltered by her mother was the one thing the Half-Elf wanted to get away from. She kept learning magic and spells, slipping away more and more from her adoptive mother’s sheltered and practical view of things. Engaging in stealing and actually talking to the other village folk. The nobility of the village disliked the silver eyes of the young twins, often forcing bad opinions onto the other people of the village onto the family. Cael, however, did manage to make a few friends that she and her brother often shared. However, after some unfortunate turns, her friends turned against her, leaving her with the difficulty of trusting people. At the age of nineteen, the village decided to drive off the weird silven twins and their adoptive mother. Cael and her family were confronted and as they refused to leave, they attacked them. Cael and her family fought against the people with everything they had. Cael didn’t remember since during the battle the woman was struck by a villager with a brass knuckle, gaining the scars on her face and ear, falling unconscious. Regaining conscious later, the woman found herself having been saved by her brother. Her brother filled her in on the death of her dance teacher who had fought with the family, Saen couldn’t tell her what had happened to their adoptive mother, they both assumed she was dead. Now {19-22} - The two Half-Elves decided it would be best to travel to the Regalian Archipelago, to try and find their father. They knew he hailed from Montaina and moved across the Archipelago to reach the place they thought he’d be. Along the way, they gained a taste of many new things they had never been exposed to before. They kept up their training with books, stealing from money or taking small jobs as librarians. Once reaching Montaina the two looked for any traces of their father that they could find. The only clue they received was an object of their father and the small information that he had slipped away to Regalia. They headed to Regalia and entered the city at twenty-one. They spent the next year searching for any signs of their father. Having small jobs to pay for things and of course stealing. Cael now believes she is close to finding her father and has hopes to keep expanding her knowledge of things.
Peer Review!I got bored, and it's like 9 PM... sooo... Visual Information, Basic Information and Life Story all seem fine on the surface to me. Nothing wrong there. Mind mentioning what her Ellon form is, either in Weapons of Choice, or her Spellbook? Didn't check the expansions, and I can only guess a weasel/otter based off your gifs. An issue with this talent. You mention that she has knowledge, yet, you also mention that she has much to learn. You don't really elaborate on what she currently knows, which is the whole point of a talent. Add some info to what she does know. Plants? History? Literature? "Manipulative" is a strength, if not a personality trait, not a weakness. It'd be easier to replace with say, Kleptomania. Seems fitting, if she has a rodent Ellon. Otherwise, great job on the app! Glad to see more halflings, and especially glad to see some Dressolini.

@CRASHIR Oof, sorry. I wasn't specific enough, but the interaction between Arken and their Silven children at all has to be almost nonexistent after they are born.
