- César is a fierce advocate of technology and rails against reliance on magic. People from Girobalda, Daenshore, or Calemberg might recognize the preacher from one of his sermons there.
- César is a noble of House Conde, a family of Lothar Knights and Imperial Military members. Their support and loyalty to Regalia would be well known with revolutionaries in Daen or other Jacobin-leaning people.
