Hey, all!

UPDATE! Thanks to the server staff going out of their way to assist, the grinder is back up! TBD whether the sunflower project is still on, so hold on to your hats, and in the meantime, take a moment to thank MonMarty and the Massive team for helping us! Victory is ours <3

UPDATE 2! WE WON Y'ALL! Marty took time to build an ENTIRE supER RAD cover for the grinder ON TOP of the grinder itself AND some beautiful details to the island, and now the project has come to a close in just one day! Everyone go thank all involved and wait for Zi the legend himself to arrive ;D

It's now relatively well-known that the glory of Zi's acro grinder was removed due to what we have gathered was the medieval theme rule. Now, ZiHAMMER has no reason to visit the server :( So, as a tribute, we are banding together to make an even grander grinder for him, WITHIN the theme!

We have determined that a giant sunflower would make an excellent cover for a new and improved ZiHAMMER-worthy grinder, while also making it legal. The stem would presumably contain most of the grinder, maybe with windows? Details coming soon! Grumpy and I are amassing followers and helpers to make this happen, and my guess is we'll need:

regular glass
glowstone/torches
ladders(?)
cobblestone(?)
orange wool/stained glass
brown wool/stained glass
yellow wool/stained glass
black wool/stained glass
dark green wool/stained glass
lime green wool/stained glass
lots of good attitudes!! :D

Spread the word, and if you happen to be staff, come help us out with the legality for maximum effectiveness!

Listen this is about Zihammr not me after all YOUR CHEATING ON ME WITH SOMEONE ELSE WHEN EVERYONE KNOWS ID LOVE YOU BETTER ANY DAY ANY TIME think of the kid ZiHammer don't take away from his 5th birthday karen with your own emotional instability, hes gone, brad is gone, the jetski took him into the atlantic ocean and we couldn't find him okay, hes probably with aqua man now.

We(Raptum) were also talking about potentially building him a new one within some kind of giant tower. But it seems he wants it to be mostly glass so he can see out of it. There's also a certain design you have the adhere to for it to work the way he likes (sunflower design might not be suitable). He's very particular otherwise he won't use it.

Shame this didn't come into effect sooner:
"Punishment Advisory: Compromise with the faction owner. Try to help them where possible with worldedit to make their base not look nasty or rule breaking, don't just tear the whole thing down. Consult with World Staff with pictures in Staff Discord to see what could be done with inexpensive materials to make a base look decent. Contact the server owner in extreme cases."

But yes please give Zi back his acro grinder! It's actually upsetting to see him like this.

Yea, but it's also hysterical to think of Zi using a sunflower acro grinder. xD
 
If someone designs it in some sort of creative, and gives me the exact number of materials needed I can work towards getting hold of what we need.

Yes! That's why I wondered about windows, but I think another possibility is making the whole stem (containing the grinder itself) out of green/light green glass to look like the stem, and maybe we could have regular windows sprinkled along the drop too? I'm adding regular glass to the list right now!

Kinda like this, only zi's was in a glass tube, had more blocks between steps, and had a portal from his base to the top. We can rebuild it ourselves fairly easy, only problem is build access on his land where his own used to be.

Give me the coordinates, and the increments in blocks between steps.
 
UPDATE UPDATE THERE IS A SCHEMATIC. We can just have this one built and then cover it with the sunflower like originally planned! I'll put it up in disc, if it doesn't work with the massive server DM me at Emkaloua#7646!

The Leaning Tower of Massive is being built by Marty himself.
Much better than a sunflower. <3
