Hey! I came from LOTC, which is kinda dead now school has started. I tried to fill out the character apps but the points system really confused me. IF someone could explain that to me that'd be great! And then, how do I get invested into rp? Also I have some questions about nobility:how do you get nobility etc

Your character's age is equal to the amount of points you may use. The amount of points you put into something the better your character is at it.
If your character is 28, you get 28 proficiency points, and 28 cultural points to distribute between things.

If your character attends a school, it takes 10 points from you but puts 10 points into each proficiency the school gives.
Again, if your character is 28 and say attends the School of Pavisa, your character may only use 18 points, but you get +10 Large shield, +10 Crossbow, +10 Improvised Weapons. So, 10 points becomes thirty for attending the School.

I completely skipped over this in my initial reply, oops.
Titles are now acquired through the state council. An in character ran council of important figures of the city. See titles as awards for great servitude or for being a long standing and valuable person in the city.
Alternatively, you could apply to play a member of an existing noble family, or marry in.
Getting invested in RP? Just go up and talk to some people. I'm sure you'll find an opportunity without too much trouble.
