He’s extremely passionate about both Magic and worshipping The Bleeding Crown. He's just recently moved to Regalia and is in the process of learning about the powers that seem to rule over different areas of Regalia, wanting to strike up deals and be on their side. Brön lives in the Slums where he can (in his mind) freely practice his magic due to the absence of guards and abundance of other lesser beings. Brön was brought up by his family until he was 12. He doesn't remember much about them anymore, just remembering a stern mother and father and an ambitious older sister. He was brought up by a Mage Saivalthar (see life story) under the typical Kathar mindset: strength and power are imperative, and so is the Dread Empire. Height: 6’ Body Build: Lanky Spoiler: Visual Information Expansion Brön's face is all sharp angles; sharp nose, cheekbones, and jutted jaw; he would definitely be classified as attractive though terrifying. He has a thin mouth that hardly ever opens without saying something either manipulative or snarky, and his strange and solid dark purple eyes are cold and calculating as is commonly his gaze. He has a few random spike growths, all between one to two inches and angled up in some way. One grows from the right side of his head at a 45* angle sideways, a couple from the back of his head sticking outwards and up, and another out of the left side of his forehead sticking outward. On the top half of his face, he has complicated dark purple and black swirls cascading out from his eyes, though these are not tattoos. Brönw’n would easily be seen as a sickly but strange and terrifying being, seeming stunted in growth even at his 6’ height—the minimum for his race. His skin is even visibly slightly different from other Shenath (although he is a Saivale), being a few shades darker than what is normal. His body shape is normal for what you’d find lanky but is probably a bit more malnourished looking, having little to no muscle and a slight amount of body fat. From his shoulders extend a few random spikes, all between two and four inches. One is out of the back of his right shoulder, one out of the side of his left one, and another angled at a 45* angle outwards and to the left of the same shoulder. He has the same vocal patterns and accent as his voice claim, Mark Sheppard—or, really, his character Crowley. He has a low voice that sounds intimidating when raised, the Cockney accent becoming slightly inquisitive when making deals and raising slightly when he’s exasperated or the like. He hasn’t stuttered in over 100 years and plans not to for the rest of his life lest someone think of him as weak. Personality and Abilities As perceived by strangers: Brönw’ńloê is often underestimated as an unhealthy and sickly but intimidating and threatening Shenath, and this impression is quickly reinforced when spoken to as he puts himself forth as cynical and intelligent. He carries himself with a haughty and obviously disdainful attitude towards everything, even beings that are obviously bigger and stronger than him—in appearance, at least. If he were heard about on the street and had a big enough reputation, he'd be slightly feared; if he didn't have a big reputation, however, he'd be the strange and ambitious Shenath with unknown intentions. As seen by himself: Brön sees himself akin to someone on a religious mission—which is kind of the case. He's extremely certain of himself, and he sees his past as a sickly child pathetic and doesn't speak of it, lest someone call him weak. He values strength and power over anything else; except for staying alive, of course. He fears death and will do anything to get out of such a situation where he'd perish. As seen by friends and family: As far as Brönw'ñlowê is concerned, he no longer has a family; not that he really knew them anyway. As for friends, he doesn't really have any either. He has acquaintances and contacts, nothing more. Of course, people who he would consider as close acquaintances and contacts (not that he would ever admit to calling them that), he'd be slightly more merciful than he'd be with others, giving them a second chance to not screw up. Moral Alignment: If Brön’s personality was attributed to a moral alignment, it’d be waxing and waning between Chaotic Evil and Neutral. He’ll do anything he sees fit to gain an advantage and act out his main ambition and is in most things for himself. He is highly corrupt due to the way he was raised and the society he was raised in. When he sees others’ corruption, he sees it as just another way the Regalian Empire will be brought down eventually. Upon seeing this, he grins to himself, either moving on or watching out of morbid interest, only interfering to make the situation worse. Worldview: Brön sees the world as something in need of learning from the Void, as he sees all things. He is a Katharist and a Void Worshipper, following the Void Prefect of Control and worshipping The Bleeding Crown. He’s believed in both of these for as long as he’s lived (and strongly at that) but finds his culture’s customs and festivals pointless and objects to them strongly and disdainfully. He ignores any racism directed to himself (because he knows that he’s the superior race) unless it’s barring him from doing something he wants to get done. In that instance, he’ll start to play mind games, usually taking stabs at their religion, which seems to be a strong point of contention for everyone. Brön sees the relationship between commoners and nobles as a good separation, seeing that the strongest have risen to the top and the lesser beings have fallen. None of them are as strong as him, however, so he has no need to worry unless he's about to do something that'll have swords pointed at him. The significance of this is that Alexandrite is often described as "emerald by day, ruby by night" due to its changing colors in light and darkness.
