Dead or Alive (Consult Magivore for Kill Perms)
Reward: The individual or group who executes or delivers Xilthruum to the guard for justice will have the choice of 7,000 regals, a complete wipe of their personal criminal records, or a pardon for their current criminal activities. Delivery of any of his deplorable Sanguine acolytes for curing will yield a 100 regal increase in reward per member.
Crimes:

Wearing a weapon in public without express permission from authorities to do so is illegal.
To harm another citizen or non-citizen Regalian resident is illegal.
To deprive another Regalian Citizen of their freedom is illegal.
To act with intention to conspire against the State is illegal.
To resist arrest from Regalian Law Enforcement is illegal.
To subject to afflictions of the body such as Vampirism or Werebeastism is illegal.
To subject to the aberration of Undeadism is illegal.
To convert away from Unionism is illegal.
To possess items deemed illegal or contraband in the State is illegal.
To create a criminal organization and recruit members to its cause, is illegal.
To support, aid, and associate with criminal organizations, is illegal.
To rebel against the Government and the Empire is illegal.
To commit to convert away from the Unionist Fate, and to resist attempts of corrective conversion, and to show no remorse of this religious crime, and with adequate presented proof, is punished with burning at the stake.

While this bounty does offer bounty-hunters the option of executing Xilthruum instead of bringing him in alive, I must remark that I am much more preferable to him being captured and delivered alive. Killing player characters should be a last resort.

Regals will be paid through noble system mechanics when the noble system restarts.
