BitterRoot, despite a relatively new name within Regalia, is one of the few floral boutiques within the city. Catered to providing quality products, each piece of flora is heavily scrutinized and well cared for before reaching the shelves. Sourced from all over the realm, the plants within BitterRoot's doors are available for purchase to all who may have the coin.
Customers are provided with an educational experience, sent from the shoppe's doors with beautiful flora, and a guide to care for their purchases. Owned and operated by Marianne Typhonus, BitterRoot seeks to enlighten and provide for both the peerage and commoner class alike.

- FLOWERS -
A five petaled flower, varying in colour from bright oranges, pale yellows, and deep scarlets. The petals themselves are shaped much like the wings of a Fire Dragon, which could be the origin of its name. Supported by a thin, drooping stem, this flora is native to Farah'deen.
Notably one of the most famous, and infamous flowers, the Emperor's Pride is a simple flower. Constructed from one large bulb, the four or five purple petals surround a black carpal, with small black filaments tipped with white anthers. This plant grows up to two feet tall when unchecked, supported by long, thin pale green stalks.
Easily identified as a tulip by its build, the Axford Maiden's petals feature a bright purple that fades to cyan towards the center. The scent is deemed sweet and floral, often indicative of a young woman. This flower is supported by slender stalks.
Considered a rarity everywhere beyond Kilarillis, the Black Orchid is a plant easily identifiable by its four to six black petals that grow in the shape of a bell, or horn, around a violet center.
One of the biggest flowers to exist commonly, grown to a diameter of 80 centimeters. The flower, though complicated, is incredibly beautiful - layer upon layer of petals, all varying from white, to light blue, to a deep blue as it fans from the center. When on the verge of dying, the blue petals will transition to a deep red.
Though a beautiful flower, this plant is often used as a sort of pest control. The Fly Orchid grows anywhere from a half-foot to a full foot, supported by a lithe green stem, topped with moss-green star shaped petals, fanning out in a five-pronged pattern. Three white filaments protrude from the center, releasing a sickly sweet scent.
One of the most elegant flowers, the Lady's Shine is a vibrant flower, its petals transitioning from a deep blue to an indigo. Small, hardly noticeable white specks dot the petals. Towards the base, large, lanceolate leaves grow, accompanied by vines that grow from the roots.
Growing up to two feet tall, Song Flowers are incredibly special. Though rather mundane in appearance, these flora appear similar to tulips, though smoother. Crystal-like bulbs bloom into pastel colours, anywhere from purples to reds. Their leaves grow in threes, and in bunches towards the bottom of their stalk.
A flower supported by a thick stem, sporting three small trumpet shaped flowers. The colours range from deep blue to violet, and measure approximately four inches across. One flower grows directly from the stem, and one on either side.
This flora is water based, growing from a submerged stalk and roots. Though commonly found in pinks, whites, and yellows, expert horticulturalists may breed more exotic colours, such as blue, purple, orange, and red. These lilies are also known as 'lily pads', due to the nature of their leaves.
