These are the only two of Mirabella that I’ve drawn, um the second one is very bad. The hair is- idk what’s going on with the hair, I can’t fix it. I’m very bad at digital art so any tips are VERY HELPFUL. Maybe I should just draw on paper and then scan it??? I don’t know man. First one took me 6 hours, second one is still a work in progress (But so far I’ve spent about 2 hours on it) I’m getting nowhere with the second one, thinking about ditching it because it looks so awful. Line art is fine, outline is great but shading??? We don’t know Who she is. ANYWAYS yes I needed to dump these somewhere.
It doesn't look that bad! Do remember that when painting hair, less is more. Avoid painting every single strand of hair, as it can move the focus away from her face and also, your eyes can't see all the little hair at once. Use much bigger brushes: the smaller brush you use, the fewer the strokes must be. Let me know if that works! Ps. my profile picture is veryyyy old, don't pay too much attention to it lol
If you can’t tell, I mainly do headshots because it always ends up disastrous if I try to draw the whole body. Maybe I should try to draw her Star-fall form? It’d probably be very hard but I’m willing to give it a shot.
