THE LORD CHANCELLOR OF THE REGALIAN EMPIRE
A PROCLAMATION

On this day November the 7th, 308 AC, I, Lord Chancellor of Regalia, make the following proclamations.

On the Subject of Assemblies, an Assembly called is this Friday Evening at 6pm Regalian Reckoning (11pm London Time, 6pm US Eastern Time). It is a regular Assembly for anyone to propose law changes as they wish. Topics can be sent ahead of time (by sending a letter to the Lord Chancellor's Office) to be noted here. On the Subject of Government Reform, a full list of Government Offices is here.
- The Foreign Secretary (also stylized as Secretary of State) is Amelina Peirgarten. However!
- Underneath her will be a new Diplomatic Core. At the head of this core is the Foreign Secretary, who will seek to implement the foreign agenda set by the Lord Chancellor. Underneath them is the Vice Secretary, who will more directly oversee and coordinate with a core of diplomats, all with their unique skills and interests in foreign diplomacy. That Vice-Secretary will be Augustin Reinard, who will serve as the Foreign Secretary's right hand, and act in coordination to improve the resolve of our allies.
- This public list of diplomats include many hopefuls for the Foreign Secretary position, and all of them will be recognized as clerks within the Foreign Ministry, each organizing their own missions abroad on behalf of the Regalian Governments. This list is open to expansion, and all who wrote in consideration for the Advisory Position and encouraged to send word if they wish to be considered for a role in the diplomatic core.

On the Subject of the Front, The Lord Chancellor notes he will be absent from the Capital for a few days to serve on the front as a Field Commander. During this time, the Whip is recognized as guiding the Government in his absence, with support from the Advisory Cabinet and the Ministries.
On the Subject of the War in general, The Lord Chancellor gives approval to the Military Cabinet to make use of Airships as an emerging technology at the front. The Grand Marshal will coordinate with willing noble houses in the use of this technology on the front, and publically notes the legality of the Logistics Minister assisting the Grand Marshal in this effort.
On the Subject of the Kanzlerrat, or Advisory Cabinet, the remaining spot remains vacant. The Lord Chancellor notes that a commoner is preferred to fill the final seat, and that while several promising commoners have been advised on how best to earn their case onto the Cabinet, the seat remains open for a true representative of the common people to be accepted as the final member of the Kanzlerrat.

The rulings of this decree take the full effect of State Law.

The Government can be expanded on with additional ministries should individuals write to the Chancellor expressing interest in leading a new Ministry.
