Yeah, I get that problem too. I was once having to answer questions from a newb and a noob in general chat, and the fricking chat cooldown made it very hard. One of them was just curious, and the other one was being an idiot and arguing with everything I said, in the kind of 'But outlawing vampires is like being mean to people with cancer!' and 'They don't HAVE to be evil, a disease can't make someone evil, that's retarded!'
