With stability and order within the Reichsrat as his first and foremost concern, Logistics Minister Hamelin de Vaud ordered for the establishment of an archive to coordinate and safe keep various documents related to the logistical enterprise of Regalia.

Various officials raced to begin the grueling effort. Documents were scoured across the Regalian Empire and compiled into rolled parchments, the likes of which were promptly stored in arched closets. The collection grew to be relatively comprehensive and extended along the room in a long series of upright, wooden presses which were fastened to the stone wall by clamps of iron. Such were fashioned by the artisans of Lloriesta. It was ensured that the archived documents were frequently examined to prevent damage from mold and mildew.

Various cloisters housed many catalogs, which were chained to numerous readers in which authorized users could find the records needed with ease.

An internal memo was circulated with due haste, personally written by Minister De Vaud to outline the direction for the Reichsrat.

" To the bureaucrats of the Logistics Reichsrat,

Each of you must understand the purpose of our ministry, it is not a mere obscure arm of the Curia Regis but one as vital as the very heart of the machination that drives our Empire along the Great Way.

Our Reichsrat oversees the supply needs of the Regalian military and is relied upon by the Lieutenant-Generals. Hereby charged with the distinct authority and all the responsibility that comes with it to ensure that every single man in our military forces have their supplies and finances in order.

Expect in the coming days to coordinate with others which compromise the arms of the Curia Regis, Commerce and Finance, to ensure our Empire's efforts against the Songaskians are successful. Furthermore, an evaluation will begin on the acquisition, storage, and processing of resources utilized by our Ministry to ensure maximum possible efficiency.

For such an end, every bureaucrat no matter the position, from stations within the crown isle to the dusty streets of Etosil are expected to carry out their duties to the best of their capacity, there shall not be any room for mistakes within our Reichsrat.

Improvidus, Apto Quod Victum.

Improvise, Adapt and Overcome.

Spirits blessings,

Hamelin De Vaud "

Letters are sent through couriers to the counsels of the Reichsrat grandfathered from the previous administration, directing inquiries to arrange a meeting with the Minister as soon as they are able.
