As Regalia became the new center of Life in Massivecraft, Arthain set out in boats to settle in the new city. Arthain has just created their Embassy.
The Reason for building this Embassy is for Factions wishing to Join Arthain's Empire or join the Faction can come to the Embassy to sign up. Also if you need to have a meeting with Arthain here is a peaceful place to do it.
