What? From the Digmaan Vyzal to the people of Regalia, we would like to extend our gratitude with a night of festivities. In particular, celebrating the work of the Marshal Cabinet. After a night of dancing and games, there will be a speech from myself, the Digmaan; and the Allar of the city shall present the Cabinet with a token of our appreciation. Music shall be presented by the Illustrious Wan-Xia. Why? To extend gratitude to all of Regalia for their support in the Sendrassian war. When?
