A Call for our Faith

Tradition, has always been our strength. Among all people, tradition is a strength. It is that which binds us to generations past, performing the same traditions our ancestors once did, to carry on the legacy and the importance of that which came before us. Yet as I look among those of us who follow the Faith of Estel, the faith of the Pantheon, what Traditions do we truly have? Both as people, and as a faith, our traditions are solely lacking. The Ailor and the Unionists in this nation have lesser memories and have lives that are not as long as ours...Yet how is it that they seem to have the upper hand more than we do in traditions and rites for our culture. This dilemma has been one that has been plaguing me as of late, and the solution I see is that instead of griping and moaning about it, we simply create the traditions, the rituals, and the rites for generations to come.
Yet it would be vain of me to try and believe that I have the sole ability, or responsibility to create these traditions and rites. Which is why I reach out to you. Those of you whom wish to contribute ideas for rite and traditions for our Faith and Our People, you may leave a letter at the Temple in the Altalaan district, or come speak to me in person when I am there, and I am there quite frequently.
There is another part to this, and that is my second request. As a people, we, not only as Altalar, but as Nelfin, have become split. We are foreign, to one another. The faiths we worship was once one, unified faith. We were once one unified people. Yet we are no longer this, and that is folly. When we separated from each other, we grew weaker in mind, body, and character. This is something, that must change for the better. I believe that as a people, we can grow strong again. Which is why I am working toward unifying the Faith of Estel, to bring together all the different sects, all our different people, into one, central cohesive Faith. This is why I desire suggestions for Rites, rituals, and traditions. So that this faith may grow, and live long past our own existence.
I will be holding a meeting, for all those of the faith to discuss the details of this New Sect, as well as go over the possible rites and traditions to be added. Those who wish to bring up their concerns, simply listen, or who wish to come support this, this meeting will be on Saturday, September 14th, 307, at (1800 EST/2300 UTC), in the Metlalaan Instructional Area in the Altalaan district. I would ask politely that none whom are of the Unionist Faith come, I do not wish for anyone to be mistakenly accused of attempting to convert individuals away from the faith.
Footnote: Please keep in mind this is a discussion of possible proposals, I do in fact plan on coming with a finished list and proper format for the religion itself, to the Secretary of the Faith, once I have a consensus, and support from others. Moreso, if this is accepted, I will certainly be speaking to the Secretary of the Faith to request a larger, and proper temple.
