Letters are pinned throughout notice boards in the city, evidently rapidly transferred from one sheet of parchment to another via some kind of alchemical substance.

Given recent news of a member of the Lothar Order assaulting a Suvial mage in broad daylight in front of the Allbeacon Temple, and the utter inaction of Viridian Knights on the scene, I feel it is my duty as a Captain-Knight of the Aelrrigan Order to write this.

From conversation with Viridians that were present at this assault, it is their interpretation of Lothar code that their Knights have a code-given right to assault any and every Occult that they witness in public, without legal repercussions. As such, it should be self-evident that they will neither punish a Lothar that hunts you down, nor defend you.

It behooves the Occult of the city to remember that, the next time a Lothar draws their sword and runs after them, while a glittering set of armour in a green cape stands like a statue nearby. They are not here to protect you.

I will withdraw this safety notice if the Viridians present at the scene acknowledge that Lothar do not have some automatic right to 'duel' (a ridiculous concept, since duels where one or both members of the endeavour are not Knights is not legal and has not been legal in the city in some years) an Occult whenever they see fit. If they double down on this sentiment, then the people of the city would do well to report any Lothar that appears in public near an Occult and does not assault them to the Viridian Order. May they drown beneath their own bureaucracy.

Everwatcher protect,
Keep your Soldi,
Knight-Captain of the Aelrrigan Order Wilvamair Arnyn

The notice has henceforth been torn down.

While the Aelrrigan made promises to take down the notice, Elamöna pens another one shortly after. It is clear that she was not willing to let an admission pass by peacefully.

"If it has not been made apparent, the Viridian Knights have, in their best interests, wasted the Estelley collectives' time and limited resources, demanding collateral we did not possess to give themselves peace of the mind and justifications to lay siege to our temples.

A month squandered on fearmongering and preparations for a battle they themselves deemed unjust, as I quote in verbatim, that they 'cannot force others to suffer' for their actions. A month stolen from Lady Sapphora's due observance. Their last-minute realisations rings hollow, considering the suffering they have already inflicted.

Now, faced with the Lothar's blatant aggression against the city's Occult population, the Viridians conveniently invoke a supposed 'Lothar code.' A carte blanche for broad daylight 'duels' in the streets? Suddenly, upholding the law is too inconvenient? Too messy? Their principles prove as fickle as the political winds.

I am no representative of Floral Court, but I believe my sentiments are widely shared: I wholeheartedly condemn the Viridians as cowards. Spineless fools who act only when it suits them. The torn-down notice, and their hasty, transparent attempts at damage control, offer ample proof. They readily brandish their moral justifications, but when those justifications become inconvenient, they retreat behind bureaucratic jargon and willful blindness. Their 'protection' is a charade, a performance staged solely for their own benefit.

Let them drown in their hypocrisy.

Let that hypocrisy be exposed for all to see.

— Elamöna.

An addendum was made following the post by Elamöna, brought about from the ledges of the Library and tacked on.

"Elamöna has since expressed an apology, having meant to exclude 'Talsir' from the Viridians she generalised as a whole during an encounter that took place on the very same day.
