By channeling the Incantation and holding their hands on or near a wound, the Sorcerer is capable of healing fresh wounds on others, excluding undead. To begin the Channel, the Sorcerer must hold both hands up to the wound and speak the incantation, wherein their hands will begin to glow with light (of any color). Surface tissue wounds like cuts and bruises can be fixed within 30 seconds of continued channeling, while deeper cuts and gashes take up to two minutes. If further healing is required, the Sorcerer can enact a second variation of the Channel. In this case, the target must be submerged in a pool of water, and the Sorcerer must place their hands into the pool, speaking the incantation. The pool will light up, and the healing process will begin for the next hour. This process can slowly repair internal tissue and physical organ damage, but only if it is non-fatal. It can also, additionally, remove any Ability based curse or effect that would prevent or inhibit healing. The Sorcerer will be completely exhausted after this hour, close to the point of passing out entirely. Either channel can be interrupted easily by disrupting the Sorcerer and their grip on the individual, or the water. The healing process will not leave a scar unless the healed individual wills it, and both versions of the channel cannot heal scars or weeks old wounds. In either case, Healing Grace has no effect on the healing of bones, the re-attachment of limbs, mundane infections, diseases, toxins or poisons, or returning function to damaged nerves, such as if the eye is damaged.

The Sorcerer is able to hold up a choice religious symbol of their own making (for example a Unionist eye pendant or Estel statuette) in the direction of something that has Void Essence in it (for example Vampires or Void Silven and Mages), this ability does not affect those with Exist Essence. This is a Channel Ability that can be done by holding up the edifice of faith in the direction of the target, and speaking the incantation. The immediate effect is that while the target is within emote distance and aimed towards the Sorcerer, they are stopped in their tracks. They cannot possibly move closer to the Sorcerer, only sideways or backwards. Secondly, the object will to them appear as a searing blinding light, a golden sun radiating intense heat and blinding light that makes it impossible for them to distinguish the Sorcerer, instinctively trying to shield their eyes from it. They will also experience a slight singing and smoking of their skin that is directly exposed to the light. The effect only applies straight forward on the target, and when turned away from the target, will no longer affect them. It can be countered by any ability counter, but cannot be reflected. Another way to disrupt the Spell is by attacking the Sorcerer or knocking the edifice out of their hand, though in any and all cases, the person directly affected cannot counter or stop the effect, so someone else will have to.

The Sorcerer can passively cause an Orb of Light (with any chosen light color) to appear in their hand, which will always hover between an inch and a foot away from their hand, though in any position. This means that they can move the orb to levitate off the back or the palm of their hand, or at the tip of their finger, as long as it never moves more than a foot away. This Orb will light up as well as a torch, but provide no heat and can go through objects as if it is not physical. This ability cannot be countered or reflected.

Binral Blink is an Instant Ability that can only be used once per Combat encounter and allows the individual to teleport and escape combat. The Sorcerer simply yells out the incantation for Binral Blink before they vanish and reappear up to ten blocks away, with a flashing light at their departure location, which lacks the strength to do any damage. They are only able to blink to a location that is within ten blocks and is within their line of sight. They can not use this to travel through walls, though it can cross gaps. This spell cannot be cast while the Sorcerer is restrained. This spell can only be countered if the stopper is put in place before the ability is used, but it can be reflected to cause the Sorcerer to end up teleporting to the opposite of where they intended to.

Dazzling Display is an instant ability that allows the Sorcerer to create a large illusionary image with sound effects and flexible use for combat. By speaking the Incantation and facing their palms in a horizontal or vertical direction, they can fire it forward. If shot vertically, the spell will create a large colorful display up to the discretion of the Sorcerer, which is represented by any Minecraft Fireworks rockets that they can shoot freely from their hand. It cannot be used to create legible writing of any complex degree, but up to three letters can be made. The spell will fizzle if it hits a barrier or ceiling. If fired horizontally the spell will travel until it hits a barrier or person. If it hits a person, it will explode and stun the individual for 4 seconds. The visual display and sound effects can only reach those in Emote Distance. This ability can be countered and reflected, if reflected the effects are applied to the Sorcerer. This ability can only be used once every 5 minutes.

    • « ғᴀᴄɪᴀʟ ᴠɪsᴜᴀʟs » Amelie's face is smoothed over with only a few freckles spotted across the top bridge of her nose and onto her cheeks. Her nose is slim and complementary, finishing off as a small button design whilst her lips are plumped and flushed rose, glossed and pierced with a silver ashley piercing. As a Fin'ullen, her brows are thick yet regularly shaped into a delicate arch, her left pierced with a thin, silver ring. She also nowadays wears an identification collar despite not having to, a leather one that has been since forth decorated with an external, red velvety material with jewelled roses along the front.
    • « ʜᴀɪʀ » Despite its beautiful state of waviness, Amelie prefers less hassle when combing and styling her hair, keeping it typically pinned up and tamed into a harvested, loose ponytail, fringe swept more to the right. Amelie has a guilty pleasure in dying her hair sometimes different tones, having started out with her natural crimson red, only to turn into a vibrant ginger, light red and now a deep red that is just slightly darker than her natural colour.
    • « ʜᴇɪɢʜᴛ ᴀɴᴅ ᴘᴏsᴛᴜʀᴇ » Amelie stands at a usually teased 5'9 for an Altalar, just four inches short of the average and yet Regalia seems to attract the taller of the Altalar population who find it fun to prod fun at her height. Typically, Amelie's posture is relaxed and a little slouched though still fairly formal, becoming more loose in her bartending environment rather than her healing, and also very dependent on the people surrounding her.
    • « ᴇxᴘʀᴇssɪᴏɴs » Being a party girl and attention seeker, Amelie almost always flaunts smiles and warm expressions, especially to newcomers who she meets day to day in the Nook Tavern and during her healing work. When frustrated, she typically huffs and puts on a funny, near childish pout.

  • Amelie was born on the eleventh of December, two-hundred and eight AD to a married Fin'ullen couple in the lands of Daendroc, succeeded by two older siblings, a brother, Naertho, aged a hundred and eight, and a sister, Filaurel, aged a hundred and four. Amelie became their last born child shortly before their divorce.
  • With the divorce finalised when Amelie was but four years old, the little redhead Fin'ullen decided to join her father on his ventures to Ithania, leaving behind her mother and two older siblings with whom she has failed to upkeep contact with even this very day, though her father briefly mentioned through her years growing up that her mother had settled for another man while her siblings began their own families in time, dozens of nephews and nieces she has yet to ever meet.
  • Aged just six, her father found himself enamoured and quickly marrying an Ithanian Ailor beauty, who was at the youthful age of twenty. Amelie, being still a child with an open heart, quickly formed a bond with the woman when her father began courting her, equally entranced by her beauty and intelligence as the local healer, even more so glad that she turned out to be her step-mother.
  • Amelie was spoilt and delighted to have formed a new family with her father and step-mother, receiving gifts and appreciations from both due to her natural talents and interests in medicine, singing, massage and athleticism.
  • As a Fin'ullen and Ithanian, Amelie was taught that her body was her temple, her temple of beauty that she should care for, as appearance can mean everything.
  • When Amelie was nine, her first half-sibling brother was born in two-hundred and seventeen AD. Amelie began to feel the pride of being an older sibling, never failing to be the most mature out of the five siblings all together, diffusing arguments and fights as years past. Her second half-sibling brother followed on in two-hundred and twenty-two AD, and her youngest half-sibling brother, Bastien, in two-hundred and twenty-nine AD, and her youngest half-sibling sister, the sweetest of the lot, blessed with her mother's beauty, Cerise, in two-hundred and thirty-two AD.

  • During her early twenties, after working years in the local town's Clinic as an apprentice under her mother, Amelie managed to work up enough saved up coin to hop onto the nearest and most suitable ship to Regalia, packed and prepped for her own journey into life in the Regal City.
  • For the next few decades Amelie spent time partying within taverns and indulging in sinful acts, relishing in her newfound freedom. The young Altalar quickly found intrigue in the lower levels of the Regalian City, and such is where she would meet her Sorcery mentor, a dazzling man who spent his time putting on a little trouble and show amongst the Sewer dwellers, who then taught her each and every spell she actively uses today.
  • Amelie met her fiance in the Golden Willow, Tilian Gaestric, decades later, a man under the employment of the once Confessors. One thing led to another and the pair were expecting months later with a planned wedding ahead, with Amelie put under pressure by both the lack of her fiance's presence and having little to no knowledge of motherhood.
  • Sadly not all fared well as the man Amelie had come to love abandoned her within a Church, leaving the woman to raise her twin sons alone without any support from him whatsoever, the man being missing since eighteen years. Such an event led Amelie back into slum life, the woman hanging around for cheap whiskey to satisfy her sulk state, developing alcoholism whilst struggling to financially make do because of both her addiction and children, living most of her recent years in cramped conditions in less than favourable areas. By the time her boys reached the ages of fifteen, Amelie had them both sent abroad to her sister, with frequent visits to either of the two cities between the lone family.

  • Not that many years later, Freya Lo made her return as a Deathling, dawning havoc upon Regalia and deeming those, like Amelie- half-breeds etc, a slave. She spent months locked behind the walls of Fort Kronau with her children, anxiously waiting for news about her friends who had been left behind in the City that was now being led under a new Empress, not knowing their fates.
  • With tensions within the Fort, Amelie made her long journey back to the Regal City, settling enough agreements with briefly known people to faux a few papers to declare that she was already under ownership to avoid being sold. For the next few months, she hung around whenever she deemed it safe to, avoiding the risen Deathlings by frequenting the Sewers before their collapse yet still building new relationships by the day without involving herself in the battle against the new reign.
  • After the defeat of Lo and her Deathling army, as well as the slow capturing of the Beastmen that roamed the City, Amelie was allowed to redeem her previous life and abandon the ways of a 'slave', with improvements on the Law on Nelfin status furthering personal treatment, allowing her to enjoy life with less scrutinising as a Nelfin.
  • Nowadays, Amelie searches for a purpose within the City, intent on finding a more stable income and a way to redeem a couple of friendships as most had dissolved during the years, with people coming and going frequently, few left that she had known throughout her time spent in Regalia

Overall, a good application, but I have a few things I'd like to see addressed before I approve it.

  • She went to Medical School in Ithania at the age of eighteen, but moved to Regalia at age twenty-one. Totalling three years (possibly less due to when school starts and ends and when her birthday falls) Did she continue her education there, as there is no mention of her continuing her medical education once she had moved to Regalia (or if she is continuing now). If so please clarify, if not than cut the medical knowledge down to the proper amount.
  • Prosthetics are expensive, take that into account. Also, you can't have a prosthetic with movable appendages. Only wood. Seeing as in the next paragraph you mention her not having much money for herself, I figured I would throw that in there.

Found a small but functional laptop! I bumped her age up by a year, started studies at 16 and finished at 21, totaling a number of 5 years of studying before she began expecting. Changed it to a wooden prosthetic, provided by some close relationships. Made the changes in blue. @DrunkFailure

Medical knowledge: Having been studying within an academy in Ithania, provided by her auntie's pocket, Amelie was taught how to treat wounds efficiently, as well as other possible illnesses, etc. She is able to use this when someone close to her is in need of immediate medical attention, or if it is just minimal wounding and she is available to mend them. Due to having children, Amelie had to recently stray from her studies to spend as much time possible with her twins and adopted daughter.

Just know that Regalian's believe in humors. Medical knowledge isn't that advanced, while their botany is advanced. They have no knowledge of how organs function.

    • Third Paragraph: You mention her relation with friends and family, but how would she act with a lover? Even if she doesn't have one.
    • Fourth Paragraph: The Bastion is no longer a thing, as I believe you're referencing the old UnderCrown guard? For the sake of not confusing people, remove this. Also please more explicitly detail how she acts towards those that show corruption.
  • Talents.
    • Medicine: While run-on, you only have 2 sentences. Please add one or two more, or break apart the run-on sentences, using them to make more.
    • Vocals: This talent once again only reaches 2 sentences. Besides that you can't really consider this a talent unless she attended the School of Music, which I will link here! Without attending the school it is simply a hobby.
  • Weaknesses.
    • These are fine.
  • Life story(the knit-picky part)!
    • Please go ahead and add the year and her age periodically throughout the life story.
    • What day and year was she born? Who are her parents?
    • Nothing occurred in her life for 20 years other than her mother drinking?
    • Why would she take care of her uncles child? He seems to have never even met her before, now have we heard of him until now.
    • Why is this Auntie we have never heard of before now funding for her to attend the school of medicine? I cant imagine that's cheap.
