Adjust the Channel Rule Reminders in the ooc-notices channel to be posted a bit less frequently. Also maybe consider deleting the last one after a new one is posted, to not clog up the channel as much.

They've been changed to post once every 24 hours.

Also maybe consider deleting the last one after a new one is posted, to not clog up the channel as much.

Unfortunately there's no mechanism to delete automessages automatically.
