I am going to keep this verbose, I just think it would be cool and fun to be able to do a reverse search to see who has added you as a favorite.

From a programming perspective I must say no (would require a lot of CPU). But then again I can't know how it is coded, only guess.
(For the nerds out there. I guess each MPlayer has its on List or Collention with their friends UUID (as String), which would require looping through every MPlayer).
