While her form certainly is small, she is sturdily built with an athletic figure thanks to her father's genes. Aligning with her Qadir culture, her coppery hair is kept in various braids and decorated with fine jewelry. "And what was I to do? Leave them to rot, decay, and fester? Move, I must return." Life Story Early Childhood: While Aaliyah was born in Regalia, her mother and father brought her to Farah'deen to be raised as the Qadir her mother saw her as. Adolesence: Many of her years of education were spent moving closer to acquiring expertise in engineering as it related to medicine. She dabbled in other studies, mostly in relation to languages and history. Early Adulthood: With her combined medical and engineering knowledge, she enlisted in Mooriye's military. Her medical knowledge advanced with applied practice, along with her sudden discovery of her Magic as a Mageborn. Arrival in Regalia: Desperate for exploration and the wish to understand her forbidden arts, she arrived in Regalia at the age of 22 - eager and naive. Aailyah found herself all but thrown into Regalian culture and politics, having been past staff for two Houses, a once mercenary, and has worked in various ministries. Current Time: The half-Qadir has undertaken many changes. From working as a medic, to joining the Rosaria Circle, to standing with the Occult, and now kneeling before the Dragons... Little Aaliyah has taken her past by storm and her fellow Qadir by shock.
App looks great for the most part! There's just some errors in the Proficiency section, but once that's fixed I can approve the app: You can only select a single Racial Boost. You'd need to pick one from Nationals Qadir or Half-Altalar, and remove all the others. Additionally, it may help to have it factor directly into the proficiency rather than just listing it beside in order to make sure none of these break cap. You currently have 6 Linguistics, but have only selected 1 language. Parent language and Common don't cost anything, so you have another language you can pick up! You did it right! As long as you include @Yurs in a message I'll be able to see it, so just that + "pinging for re-review" is a-okay. Here's some more feedback, changes are looking great so far though: My fault for not being more clear, but you can only have 1 racial boost from 1 race. So essentially, the 3 proficiencies listed beside Nationals Qadir (Glaive Combat, Dagger Combat, or Medical Training) are all options that you can pick from, but you can only have 1 of the options. These racial boosts also don't count towards your maximum 50 Points. So so far you've spent 28 points. Hope that helps. @Yurs Pinging for re-review! I have altered a few things for the sake of creating a more logical character. I have added some details as well, most listed under spoilers. I have redone my proficiencies for the sake of making my character more fit for her jobs and opening her to trained icly. All changes are in green.
Looks good! I would highly recommend trimming the backstory down to fit with the bullet point format for ease of review, especially with recent expansions. APPROVED

There's just a few small edits that need to be made before I'm able to approve: Please specify which plane the character draws sorcery from. (Void/Exist) You cannot apply Racial Boosts to investments under 10 points. You'll need to remove the Dagger bonus, or shuffle points around to have at least 10 Dagger. You currently have 47 points out of 50 spent. Would you like to invest these other 3 points into anything, or leave them open for IC learning? Either's fine! @Yurs The application has been fixed as according to the recent update! I have included the racials in the abilities section as with FireFan's comment that I would be allowed to list them there. I have the memory of a bean, so I like to keep them on hand in case I need them. I hope it is alright that I have listed them!

Besides that, everything looks good, though I might consider updating the last bullet on the short Life Story given the Carrhen Conflict is long over. Just put Half Qadir here, the rest only contributes to confusion to some readers. You can clarify this under life story or visual information. Also I can't believe you tagged Ezalb instead of me, mans resigned.
